Get to know Wilma: Wilma's a simple gal, a southern belle, and currently recovering from a bad injury- she was found outside a "car repair" place.... they didn't know how to repair a puppy so she was taken to the rescue after she was found. It was a really scary and sad situation but for Wilma, it started her REAL life- one of love and eating regularly and having HOPE! She's an absolute cutie with her scruffy ears and few spots on her white coat. She has a pretty smile and loves to wag her tail. The rescue people think Wilma is a Standard Poodle/Sheepdog mix... she has such a wonderful and outgoing personality. She is great with all people she meets and the smile she shares will melt everyone's heart, so be prepared!!! She'll be living a bit more laid back right now as her recovery process progresses. No high energy play or crazy activities. But that won't be for long!!! She is still a pup and now that she is fixed up and fed well and LOVED by the rescue people, she has LOTS OF FUN and LOTS OF ENERGY :) Local adoption fee is $400 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $600 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Millicent - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Looking for a new adventure buddy? Look no further than Millicent, whoo hoo, that's me!! I'm not into all that Foo Foo, so you can just call me Millie! But, I am hoping for a home, a family...one to call my very own! I is a youngster of just turning one this month. I came from a home where I got to be too much for them to handle so I spent my days AND nights in a crate. My coat was all matted and I had sores on my body from sitting in a dirty crate and was a little on the malnourished side. Well, my coat has been clipped, my body has healed, I'm eating good... and I've had a bath so I smell so good now!!!! I am so excited to be out and enjoying being a dog! I is athletic, playful, and super affectionate. I'm always up for trying new things, whether it's chasing after a ball or exploring a new hiking trail. I could even make a great jogging pawtner! I haven't had much training in the manners department and I will need some continued work in that area. I will jump up when I get excited or when meeting new people. But already I'm doing better just from having some outlet for all my energy. As a young 'un, I does have plenty of that energy and I is always ready for fun. I have that happy innocent adventurous spirit who loves to explore and check out new smells. I come in at about 45lbs but still need a few extra groceries to get to my ideal weight. But, I'm still gonna be that pawsomely perfect medium size for living life to the fullest with ALL the adventures we'll be going on!!! I do great with people but I might be a little too much for the small kiddos. I would though probably do great with the older ones where we could have a blast playing in the yard. I also do fabulous with the other pups in my foster home. Although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any of those creatures y'all call a cat yet. I've got so much love to unleash on my family, could it possibly be with YOU?!! I am so excited to be that heartbeat at your feet, so please take a moment and fill out my adoption application. Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Meet MAX, right now a little guy of 17 pounds at 4 1/2 months old but I am not sure if he will stay little.  I think he may be a standard size poodle as his legs are very long and he is so tall to be so young so maybe on the large/medium size.  He has a little patch of white on his chest and a long tail.  He will be getting groomed on Friday, November 8 and we will update the pictures after that. MAX loves little kids, plays relentlessly with the family dog and even tries to play with the cat, such a good all around kid this boy is.  We would love for him to go to a home as a playmate with another dog because he simply loves to play and run zoomies in the backyard.  He would be awfully bored as an only dog and may tend to get into things. MAX will be available to go to his new home after Wednesday, November 20 but we are taking applications now.  If you are interested in adopting MAX, pleasue submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
