Story
Meet Max, a spirited 25lb Sheltie with a zest for life and a heart full of love! 🐾 This little dynamo is looking for an equally energetic and dedicated forever family who can keep up with his adventurous spirit. 🌟 Max thrives in an environment where he can be with his people all day long, especially if there’s another social dog—or even a few!—to share in the fun. 🐶 A fully fenced yard is a must for this lively guy, as he loves to zoom around and explore. Max is not your average couch potato; he craves activity and mental stimulation, so he needs a family that enjoys daily walks, runs, or other fun dog-friendly activities. 🏃‍♂️ Max will be happiest in a home with at least one stay-at-home dog mom or dad who is ready to make him the center of attention. He’s a true companion dog who wants to be involved in everything you do—whether it’s a morning jog, an afternoon of fetch, or just hanging out in the yard. 🌳 If he doesn’t get his daily walk or playtime, he might get a bit anxious and bark to let you know he needs more action. 🐕 Max comes from a loving home of older folks who, while well-meaning, weren’t quite prepared for the energy of a young, active Sheltie. Now, Max is ready to find a home that matches his zest for life—one that understands his need for exercise, adventure, and plenty of love. 💖 He’s a healthy, well-behaved boy who just needs the right environment to truly shine. If you’re an active family with older kids (21+), a fully fenced yard, and the time and dedication to make Max your daily companion, he could be the perfect addition to your home. He’s waiting for a family who will treat him like the baby of the house and include him in all their adventures. 🐾 Think you can keep up with Max? Story
Bitsy was bought for my oldest son and is sweet and affectionate but a barker. He will both alert bark (for an understandable event like someone at the door) and just for attention (directly to you if he wants pet/played with). He is particularly bad at barking in the car and at my cat to the point where she can not come downstairs. He has never hurt/attacked the cat but is very vocal when he sees her. My oldest son is relucent to get rid of his dog but between my mom being allergic, me not having enough time to exercise him with my youngest son's special needs, the conflict with the cat and barking all the time, we can not keep him. Bitsy is 2 yo and loves to run, play tug of war and cuddles. He is great on walks (off and on leash) and knows a few basic commands. He is very gentle when playing with both my sons and loves to cuddle with them. He will come with everything: records, bed, treats, toys, harness, ect. Everything bought for him since owning him.

Story
Hi there my name is Bear and I’m 7 years old. I don’t really remember much about life growing up, but I ended up in a shelter. I’m a really good boy who enjoys going for walks, being around humans, and I absolutely love going for car rides. I do have to take trazadone twice a day to help keep me calm. I think I grew up with cats because I don’t seem to mind them, but they do not like me. I can be picky when it comes to food. So far I do not like peanut butter, apples, strawberries, or bananas. I do love meat and haven’t met one that I don’t like. If you are interested in meeting me, my mom says everything will be included in my adoption fee. My crate which is 48” my crate mat, all my food, food container, toys, dishes, treats etc. If I sound like I would be a good fit for you and your family please reach out. Thank you.
