Hi there, I'm Cider! I'm as young and sweet as my name suggests. My life took a turn when a horse found me, all covered in red spray paint. I might have looked like a fox, but I promise, I'm all dog. I love to play and explore, my curiosity knows no bounds. I've learned a lot from my horse friend and I'm ready to learn from you too. With me, you won't just be adopting a pet, but a friend who's ready to share in all of life's adventures. Let's make some sweet memories together, like a perfect cup of cider! Story
Meet Noah! Noah is a 2-year-old, male, Collie/Heeler mix weighing 42 lbs. He was originally found on HWY 276 in Rockwall County on 11/11/2023 and brought to the shelter on 11/13/2023. Sadly, his owners never reclaimed him. So now, he is looking for his new fur ever home! Noah is a sweet and playful boy. He walks well on a leash, loves his soft blankets and toys. He does well with kids, but has a bouncy nature and needs to be in a home with sturdy children who can keep up with his energy. His not good with cats or smaller dogs. Noah is good with some dogs, but he likes to be the leader of the pack. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is suggested to ensure they get along prior to adoption. Noah has been a shelter resident for 354 days as of 11/01/24 and is a Diamond Dog. Noah's adoption fee is $75. He is neutered, current on his rabies vaccination, boosters to date, microchipped and heartworm negative. If you are interested in adopting Noah, please submit an online adoption application at https://rockwalladoptions.com/adopt.../adoption-application/. Noah is looking forward to meeting you!  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense. November 6, 2024, 7:31 pm
