Story
*This is a courtesy listing.* Meet Tristan! 10-year-old Tristan is a handsome 30 lbs. Sheltie who needs a loving new home for his golden years. He was a faithful companion to his owner for many years, but sadly, her health declined, and she now resides in a permanent care facility. Tristan spent much of the last 9 months being cared for by his owner's visiting caregivers, without much attention devoted to him. Thankfully, kind neighbors are now fostering Tristan and helping him find a new home where he will be a cherished family member. Tristan's current foster family shares: "Prior to our caring for Tristan, his typical day was in the dog run and kenneled at night for 12 hours. Within our care, Tristan plays with our larger dog during the day off-leash within the yard, and he has contact with our family for playtime, feeding, and companionship. He is loving having people around! At night, he is crated to sleep. Tristan has a calm nature and is friendly towards people and other dogs. He enjoys going for walks around the neighborhood and playing fetch. Tristan is patient when waiting to receive his personal food and treats. He has no issues related to sharing or resource guarding." If you are looking for a sweet, well-behaved companion who is good with other dogs and cats, please consider adopting Tristan! To learn more about this very deserving boy, please contact Cindy via email cindy.skvarca@yahoo.com or calling/texting 951-277-1334. *Frosted Faces Foundation has not assessed this dog medically or behaviorally.*

All our doggies come with their health record and have received all necessary medical care, which includes (but is not limited to) all vaccines, de-wormer, anti-flea/tick medication, microchip and of course spay/neuter surgery. Our adoption fee is $500. Only in California, the fee for babies under a year old is $600. Meet Harley! This chubby little girl is the most adorable girl you will ever meet. She likes spending time with you, she loves playing with the ball but she prefers time by your side more. When I say she's really adorable, it's because she is! She plays with other dogs, small, medium or large, she lives with cats although sometimes she usually runs after them to play (And cats that are not used to dogs don't like that) Potty trained with potty pads, crate trained, and good with adults and children. With strangers she is usually sociable, she is a very curious, loyal dog, and ready to play with you and receive cuddles at all times. She loves to give you kisses on the face, give you her paw to play with and she will always receive you from work with a huge smile. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash. The adoption fee does not include transportation to North of San Diego

Story
How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by a community member on 10/16/2024. Why this pet is the one for you:When you first meet Lucky, you may notice that she is a little reserved. However, Lucky's heart is as big as her gentle eyes, and with a little patience and understanding, she warms up quickly. She's not one to rush into things, but once she feels comfortable, her true affectionate nature shines.Lucky's approach to new people is thoughtful and calm. When you enter her space, she may bark a little, but once she sees that you're friendly, she'll soften and approach you with a wagging tail. During walks, Lucky may take a little time to adjust, but once she gets going, she walks well on a loose leash. She enjoys sniffing around and exploring her surroundings, frequently looking back at her handler.Lucky's affection shows when she comes to you for pets. She enjoys leaning into your legs, offering her gentle presence, and will happily accept pets on her back and under her chin. She's also been known to sit on laps or place her paws on your legs when she's feeling especially cuddly. Lucky can be a little shy sometimes, but she is affectionate when she feels secure. With a little time, she will begin to seek out your attention on her own terms, offering you affection and tail wags in return. If you'd like to learn more about Lucky and are ready to spoil her with lots of love come visit us at the San Diego Campus today!
