He’s housebroken, knows sit, shake, down, and stay, and even passed his cat test like a champ! Leo also gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playtime with his canine friends.Leo is what we like to call a “dog with big feelings.” He’s got a sensitive side and needs a little extra time to warm up to new people and situations—but once he does, you’ll see his affectionate, goofy self shine. He’s been working hard on his manners and is ready to keep learning with a patient, loving family by his side.Because Leo can be a bit sensitive, he’s looking for an adult-only home where he can feel safe and understood. He’s not a fan of being rushed or crowded, but with the right people who respect his boundaries, Leo will reward you with loyalty, love, and plenty of tail wags.If you’ve got room in your heart and home for a dog who’s sweet, smart, and ready to keep growing, Leo can’t wait to meet you. If you are interested in adopting an ARPO pet, please visit our website, for details about our fees and process, and to complete our Adoption Application.   ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis.  We do not have a shelter; all pets are in volunteer foster homes.  Mowglie, a loveable two-year-old sheepdog mix, is a medium to low energy dog. He's incredibly adorable and enjoys snuggling close to his owners. If you sit on the floor with him, he will happily roll into your lap. Mowglie is also learning basic commands like sit, down and wait. He's highly food-motivated and performs best when given a small amount of kibble. Mowglie would thrive in a single dog household with older children. He loves running and playing in his foster families' fenced in yard, especially with their other dog. He's friendly and affectionate towards everyone he meets and always follows his foster family around the house.Mowglie is microchipped, neutered and up to date on all vaccines.
