Story
Molly is a 45 lb 2 year old deaf Sheepadoodle. We rescued her last fall and in the 3 months we’ve had her she has responded VERY well to routine and training. She’s learned signs for sit, stay, no, potty, hungry and more. During a vet visit in January we learned she has Ehlers Danlos syndrome. This is genetic and can result in very flexible joints, loose skin and wounds that come from minor traumas. We have 2 other dogs and playing with them has caused wounds where normally it wouldn’t. Despite this, Molly is a wonderful, goofy, affectionate dog. She is VERY sweet, loves cuddles and being with you at all times. She loves bones, time at the park and walks and she loves pets from anyone and everyone. Ideally Molly is homed with someone familiar with Ehlers Danlos or that has an interest in learning about it and in a home without other pets that pose a risk for wounds. Meet Sprocket, a 4-year-old Poodle mix with a big personality and a heart full of potential. Sprocket has had a rough start and comes with a history of reactivity and biting. He’s a scared dog who needs a firm, experienced owner to help him feel secure and establish boundaries. Sprocket has had training sessions and responds well to clear, consistent leadership. Once he knows you’re in charge, he’s much more relaxed and doesn’t push back. However, he does react to new people and should wear a muzzle during initial introductions for safety. Despite his challenges, Sprocket has no health issues and thrives on affection from his trusted person. He enjoys being cuddled and will show his sweet side once he’s built trust. If you’re an experienced dog owner ready to provide a structured, loving environment, Sprocket could be a rewarding companion. He’s looking for someone who can help him overcome his fears and show him the love and stability he deserves.

Meet SOL! This sweet girl was named after the Sun by her previous owner because she brightened up her day. Sol was surrendered because her family fell into hardship. Sol is very shy upon initial meet but is very eager to greet you with a wiggling butt and kisses when she knows she’s safe. Sol is a very strange mix- this 20lb fluffy pup is part PITTY mixed with miniature poodle. Don’t let her fool you- although tiny in size, her heart overfloweth. She is full of love and ready for her second chance. Sol is barely a year old and had learned wonderful manners including leash, crate & potty training (almost there). Sol is very playful and loves submissive dogs. She loves children of all ages- she follows the child in her foster home around the house like a shadow.
