Meet Scrunchie – A New Chapter Begins! This beautiful lady was saved from the EU list at Harris County Shelter after spending nearly 40 days waiting for a second chance. They called her Grace, but with a new life comes a new name—welcome to the good life, Scrunchie! Scrunchie is a kind and curious Sharpei mix, soaking up all the love and comforts of her foster mom’s home. She weighs 45 lbs and is around 4 years old. While she is heartworm positive, she’s receiving treatment and is well on her way to becoming her happiest, healthiest self. This resilient girl was found in the shelter with a puppy who was adopted—now it’s her turn to find a family who will love her forever. Big thanks to Lisa for stepping up, saving her, and providing a warm foster home! Let’s help Scrunchie find the loving home she truly deserves.
