He was also tested for Lyme and Heartworm and is negative. He is neutered and has his rabies vaccination. He is available for adoption so hurry in to meet him! Elmer is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH Phone is 419-774-5892 It is an application process. You can request one via dogs@richlandcountyoh.gov
