She embodies the spirit of a goofy, playful friend, always ready to lighten up your day with her charm. Despite her size, she`s a gentle soul who adores being close to her humans, always offering comfort. Nala does great with other dogs of all sizes, and has done well with dog-friendly cats and kids while in foster care. She is new to house and crate training but is picking it up like a dream! Nala is a big girl around 50 pounds and is still learning to walk calmly on a leash. She is absolutely devoted to her owners, though, and responds great to positive reinforcement. Nala’s playful spirit and loving nature make her a perfect candidate for anyone looking to enrich their life with a loyal and affectionate friend. Consider giving Nala the forever home she deserves!Nala has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and kept current on monthly preventatives. This is Dani: This spunky girl has so much character! If you look at her videos when she’s trying to play she does this thing where she shakes her head. She sometimes looks like she’s telling me what’s up cause how she does her head nods. She jumps up with excitement like a very tiny bull. She runs around with confidence and loves to explore. The dogs barking at her don’t seem to bother her. She may even be patriotic lol!! 😂 She seemed to take a lot of interest in the flag and our soldier statue. :) Dani is the epitome of "blondes have more fun!!" So if you and your family are looking for a firecracker who loves her country and her friends, adopt her!!! Miss Bea’s journey really started when she was rescued along with 30 other dogs on the property due to an extreme hoarding situation. She was one of two mamas that just had her babies and she was so glad to be reunited with them at the rescue! She raised 8 of those babies and her sister raised the other 9 pups! They survived a horrible situation and both Miss Bea and her sister, Betsy (also available for adoption), were just wonderful mamas. Now it is THEIR TURN to find homes!!! Miss Bea's foster moms adore her and here is what they have to say, " We knew the task to foster Miss Bea was going to be a slow process. We had been briefed about her being feral and was familiar after fostering her son, sweet Hondo, what it would take. With some love, patience, and a bit of know how , she has turned into my little “happy to see me” shadow (see her videos!!). She has a big bark for a little girl but it is only when appropriate. Loves yummy treats and affection from the people she knows and trust so much so she will paw at you to keep going. She isn’t the biggest fan of going for walks because outside can be scary sometimes but does have some leash confidence. She has no issues with being in the presence of kids. She is great with our other dog and is potty and kennel trained. We couldn’t pick her up for months but now she just plops on me like we have known each other our whole lives. Miss Bea needs a special home that will give her the time and gentleness to allow her to open up." Bea has been given a NEW LIFE and she is ready to SHARE THAT LIFE and HOPE WITH YOU!!! That shows a total lack of ingenuity, and one that you can fix....when u adopt me!! I am counting on it. As you can see, I am a handsome bloke! Midnight is a 3-year-old sweet girl who is very affectionate and seeks out human companionship. She’s been soaking up every bit of love she receives in foster care and is truly thriving now that she’s had a few days to rest in a home environment. Midnight is a low-energy gal, but we expect her confidence and energy to blossom as she settles in. For now, she’s happiest lounging on her dog bed or relaxing in the sunshine. She takes treats very gently, responds beautifully to praise, and is showing signs of being a quick learner—she loves knowing she’s a “good girl” and beams with pride when she hears it. She is showing positive, friendly body language towards dogs. She has walked alongside the resident dog & met him safely behind a baby gate with no issues. With proper introductions, she seems like she could happily coexist with another respectful dog. Midnight is housebroken, walks well on a leash, and sleeps quietly through the night in her crate. She also crates comfortably when her foster family is away. If you have a dog at home, we recommend bringing them to the shelter for a meet-and-greet to ensure it’s a great match! (Please bring proof of up-to-date rabies, bordetella, and DHPP vaccines.) If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who just wants to be close, Midnight is ready to brighten your life with her soft heart and sweet spirit.
