You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Lily Petunia is a very special girl.  She is around 7 months old and weighs 45 pounds.  We think she is a Shar Pei/Pit mix and is the sweetest baby.   Lily Petunia is a HUGE cuddle bug, she loves her humans and wants to be snuggled up with them.  She is also a very silly girl, she likes to sit on top of all her foster siblings.   Lily Petunia gets along with all other dogs and cats and loves kids.  She is house trained and up to date on all vaccines. Sweet Alba. How can you not love that adorable face Alba is a Sharpei mix. Unfortunately she didn't have a good life as was found taking cover and hiding out in the bathroom stalls at the Missions baseball field. All that is behind her now and she is ready for her own family!! Alba's great with dogs, not sure about cats. She does a cute little dance when waiting for her food in her crate. Loves to play but sometimes does get a bit overly excited. Please share and help find her furever home. Marlee is a fun name for a fun gal! I was living my life and having some fun, except no one got me "fixed" so the fun ended up with me being a single mother with 6 hungry mouths to feed!!! Who thinks that their fun will lead to months of feeding and my milk producers dragging on the ground :( I sure didn't... However, I LOVE MY BABIES!!! Now that they are on their own in foster homes, that is :) I am a fun gal, I love to play with my friends and I am great with other playful and fun dogs. I am a climber and a jumper so it may be why I was out playing in the first place.... but I digress... I am happy and sweet and I have the gorgeous soft, PLENTIFUL muzzle of a Shar Pei, with the energy of a lab or shepherd or who knows what other breed I am. This is Pete! Pete is a very chill dog who gets along well with everyone! A sturdy, black, medium-sized Chinese Shar-Pei mix Pete will be your steadfast companion. Pete has a sweet temperament and average energy level, with occasional zoomies but tires easily. Pete is still learning the ropes and is not yet crate trained but is house broken. He has not been fully exposed to other dogs and cats but seems to tolerate both fine and has never had any issue. Pete just wants to relax and be near people and that's it! Have you ever heard on the TV, well a hoarder's house has been raided and ... animals have been seized and sent to the pound or rescue organizations in the area.... WELL, we are FROM just that kind of situation :( The good thing is we were SAVED... the bad thing is that we had to ENDURE the neglect and disgusting home. The BEST thing is we were ALL SAVED by a rescue group who REFUSED to leave even ONE behind...... 30 dogs/pups ALL AT ONCE has been taxing and motivating for the rescuers. If you watch our video, the situation was very very challenging but our rescuers worked their butts off to save us. We are almost all ready for adoption, all the pups are social and ready for their furever homes! The young adults and adults are a little more shy but have been working really hard with our rescuers to be ready for YOU!! We are a unique "breed" mix, lol. Aunts/Uncles/Parents/SIblings... all "living" together. We have Shar Pei, Scruffy dogs, Pit Bull, and maybe Spaniel mixed in there :D We are all pretty much medium sized, 20-50# and cute as HECK!! If you have ever wanted to adopt a rescued dog that NEEDS the best home, WE ARE WAITING RIGHT HERE!!! Please watch our video, empathize with us AND our rescue family and ADOPT!!!! Our dogs are fostered and located in North Carolina until adopted. Once adopted we can transport to your location or to one of the other north eastern locations. We have a cost effective transporter who runs every other week. This sweetie was born 12-1-22. She is a boxer mix. She is a bit shy until she gets to know you. However, she warms up fast. She likes everyone and is good with kids. She does well with other dogs but she does not like cats. She is potty trained and crate trained. She really is the sweetest humble soul ever! This pup is current in all age appropriate vaccines, preventives, heartworm tested and on prevention and microchipped. She will be spayed prior to going to her new home.The adopter will get all the health records with the adoption. We require a prescreen application to adopt.
