Meet Clover: A Tale of Transformation and Triumph Clover’s story began in a darker place, but her journey has turned into one of hope and joy!When Clover first arrived at our shelter, she was just a shell of the dog she was meant to be. Left in a kennel for far too long, she was neglected and underfed, which left her looking a lot smaller and weaker than she deserved. But that was just the beginning of her story. Little did we know that she was actually going to be one of the strongest dogs we’d had here at High Sierra Animal Rescue! With the love, care, and attention she found here, Clover began her incredible transformation. We chose the name Clover because of how lucky we were to have found her.Fast forward to today, and this once-skinny pup is now a happy, healthy, and (adorably) chunky girl who knows what it means to be loved. Clover’s round belly and soft fur show just how far she’s come. She may be a little stubborn at times (who isn’t, right?) but she’s also a bundle of joy who LOVES her playtime, especially a good game of fetch. Whether she’s chasing after a ball or snuggling with you, Clover is always eager to show off her sweet, fun-loving nature.Clover is proof that no matter where you start, you can always turn your life around.
