Lucy is a loving senior girl who is ready for a calm and caring home where she can enjoy the comfort she deserves. She has a gentle nature and an affectionate heart, always happiest when she gets to be close to her people. Lucy is the type of dog who brings a soft, steady presence to a home and loves nothing more than sharing quiet moments with her family. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys being part of a peaceful pack. Lucy has a friendly, easygoing temperament that makes her a wonderful companion for both humans and pets. Whether she is lounging nearby or following you from room to room, she is happiest when she feels included. She does very well on a leash and enjoys going out for slow, relaxed walks where she can take in the world around her. This sweet, playful guy has wonderful manners paired with a joyful personality that makes him an absolute delight to be around. Codes is very personable and happy, always ready to play or hang out with his people. He is mostly potty trained—he understands the routine but doesn’t always let you know when he needs to go out, so gentle reminders help keep him on track. This boy also comes with some impressive house skills! He won’t get on the couch unless invited, is silent in his kennel, and doesn’t tear up his kennel, toys, or stuffies. He’s also amazing in the car, making him a great adventure buddy. Codes walks nicely on a leash and prefers not to be jumped on, appreciating calm, respectful interactions. Henry is an 11-year-old Olde English Bulldog with a heart as big as his snooze schedule. This distinguished gentleman is looking for a forever home where he can bask in the sun and perfect his craft as a professional sleeper. He’s happy to be around cats, small to medium dogs (he doesn’t seem to get along well with the big guys) and kids, and enjoys a soft bed and warm blanket to snuggle in. While Henry is a fairly mellow guy, he does resource guard—especially when it comes to treats and bones. He’ll thrive in a home that understands his boundaries and lets him enjoy his meals and treats on his own. Henry will also require ongoing veterinary care to address some long term concerns. As an older guy, he moves around slowly and sometimes needs a boost to get where he’s going. If you’re looking for a loyal, laid-back companion who’s mastered the art of relaxation, Henry might just be your perfect match.
