She is so mellow and wants nothing more than to sit next to you and lay her head in your lap. She is incredibly gentle with even the smallest children.  She does have quite the “mom bod” and plenty of scars from her previous life; but not even that awful treatment could tarnish her kind, old soul. Delta is the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover, and her imperfections are far outweighed by her adorable squishy face!!  Her future family is SO lucky.    About Me: Hi, I’m Delta!  I’m so glad to be in Minnesota and hope to turn over a new leaf here. You see, my life down south was not good. The people who had me used me for my puppies and were not kind to me.  Eventually, when they were done with me, they dumped me all on my own in a big city. I was so scared and wandered on my own for a long time until a lovely woman opened her heart and home to me and I was saved!!  She began to nurse me back to health until my big journey north. I am quite timid sometimes with fast movements and loud noises but I truly just want someone to love and to love me back.
