This sweet boy was found a stray then spent time at a city shelter. If you want a dog that’s one of a kind here he is! sharpei mix with the tiniest ears and signature spot tongue. under 2 years. above 50-60lbs quick learner and crate trained. VERG STRONG but food motivated and knows sit, stay, wait and lay. LOVES dogs and people. He is so so sweet and just wants to play and give kisses. is quick to do his business on walks. completely house broken zero accidents. Would be best in a house hold with older children. he loves kids but has young dog energy and would not want anyone knocked over. would benefit from basic training as he is still adjusting to life in the real world! Not aggressive. We are working on not pulling / jumping and puppy like corn cobbing when excited. When not provided toys he can go for pillows. He is a fast learner and confident if provided with a family who can give him their all he will settle/learn quickly. will come with crate/harness/ leash /bowls/toys + bed.

These animals are not located in any of the Society's physical locations. As this is a Home-to-Home animal you are not required to fill out an Anti-Cruelty Society adoption application form. ***She likes to be active and play with kids. She like to go for a walk in the morning and afternoon, she is potty trained. I'm not sure if she is good with other dogs because she hasn't been exposed to another pets. When we go for a walk, she gets anxious with other dog, and she is so strong that I avoid being close to the other dogs because I don't know her reaction. She hasn't bit anyone. LOVES dogs and people. he is so so sweet and just wants to play and give kisses. is quick to do his business on walks. completely house broken zero accidents. would be best in a household with older children. he loves kids but has young dog energy and would not want anyone knocked over and is very strong on leash. would benefit from basic training ideally a yard and being tired out since he is still young, he has a tendency to chew shoes if they're left out, when given toys and after he's tired out, I have not had any chewing incidents, he has become a good listener as he is still adjusting to life in the real world! I'm confident a steady home and routine training will mold him into his best self! He is eager to learn and love. Up to date on vaccines: Ramona is still receiving her core puppy vaccine series and will need one additional vaccine after adoption to reach full immunization Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized - Currently recovering from cherry eye removal surgery More about Ramona: Housebroken: Doing well when on a consistent routine! She has only felt comfortable going potty in the yard versus on walks, so will need to work on this. Crate trained: She has done well with free roam of a gated area when home alone for up to 2 hours so far. Leash walking: She is still very nervous on leash and has been working to build up her confidence with positive reinforcement. Dog social: She has been friendly yet respectful when meeting other dogs Cat social: Unknown Kid friendly: Unknown, but she may do best with respectful older kids (12+) as she can be fearful with new people Ramona likes: - Discovering just how amazing toys are - Keeping you laughing every day - Being near you! Ramona is a sweet and shy yet sassy girl who loves nothing more than to be by your side. She is starting to come out of her shell, and seeing her jump and throw a new stuffed animal around will make your heart sing. Her soulful eyes draw you in and make you feel like family. She's still figuring out how to be a dog and would love an adopter who can help her continue to build up her confidence with new people and places. Ramona will do best with an adopter who is ready for all the stages that puppyhood and being an adolescent brings. OTAT requires that all dogs 6 months and under be enrolled in a positive reinforcement training program within 2 weeks of their adoption at their adopter's expense.
