Story
Major is 10 yo. Shar pei/ beagle mix adopted when he was 4 from a shelter. He is very loving, and wants all of the love and time in the world. Unfortunately, he is very finicky about people so we cannot hire a dog walker to walk him ( he has bit a walker, and attempted to bite another) or a pet sitter to sit when we are away. We can’t take him to a groomer and need to give him meds and muzzle him to visit the vet. He is aggressive towards other dogs but has lived with cats and kids and never had an issue. He loves walks. Plays with toys every now and then but doesn’t play fetch or swim. He is food motivated and loves treats and has horrible table manners. We believe that Major would benefit from a home with 1-2 adults, no other pets, people who are around a lot (work from home or are retired). He wants to be near you always, so cuddling is a must. We want to find the right situation for him so there is no deadline.

This is Bruno! He is a sweet, strong pup that will greet people with tail wags and kisses. This boy would strongly benefit from some leash training. Bruno is so obsessed with his people he would prefer not to share the home with any other furry friends. Unfortunately she didn't have a good life as was found taking cover and hiding out in the bathroom stalls at the Missions baseball field. All that is behind her now and she is ready for her own family!! Alba's great with dogs, not sure about cats. She does a cute little dance when waiting for her food in her crate. Marlee is a fun name for a fun gal! I was living my life and having some fun, except no one got me "fixed" so the fun ended up with me being a single mother with 6 hungry mouths to feed!!! Who thinks that their fun will lead to months of feeding and my milk producers dragging on the ground :( I sure didn't... However, I LOVE MY BABIES!!! Now that they are on their own in foster homes, that is :) I am a fun gal, I love to play with my friends and I am great with other playful and fun dogs. I am a climber and a jumper so it may be why I was out playing in the first place.... but I digress... I am happy and sweet and I have the gorgeous soft, PLENTIFUL muzzle of a Shar Pei, with the energy of a lab or shepherd or who knows what other breed I am. This is Pete! Pete is a very chill dog who gets along well with everyone! A sturdy, black, medium-sized Chinese Shar-Pei mix Pete will be your steadfast companion. Pete has a sweet temperament and average energy level, with occasional zoomies but tires easily. Pete is still learning the ropes and is not yet crate trained but is house broken. He has not been fully exposed to other dogs and cats but seems to tolerate both fine and has never had any issue. Pete just wants to relax and be near people and that's it!
