Faith is a brindle Boxer mix with a soft black muzzle and a gentle, happy wiggle when she receives affection from trusted shelter staff. She is a sensitive, loyal dog who forms deep bonds with her person and thrives in calm, predictable environments. Faith is best suited for an adult-only home without other dogs, cats, or children. She would do especially well with a single adopter who enjoys a quiet lifestyle such as someone who is retired or works from home. Faith enjoys peaceful hiking outings, relaxing on the couch, and spending quality one-on-one time with her person. Because Faith can be protective, she will do best in a low-traffic home with minimal visitors, where she can feel secure and relaxed without the need to stay on guard. In the right setting, Faith will be a devoted, loving companion to someone who appreciates her gentle nature and loyalty. Faith has recently been seen with one of her favorite humans playing a great game of fetch! She runs like the wind and reliably (mostly) brings the ball back to her person!!!This animal is at the City of Chico Animal Shelter. She can be a bit shy at first, but warms up quickly and loves cuddles and quality time with her humans. Addie is not good with cats and would do best in a home without kitties. She enjoys being part of daily adventures, but is just as happy relaxing at home. Addie came to us after being abandoned, and despite a rough start, she has a positive outlook and a heart full of love to share. Excited to find your new family member at Wags and Whiskers? As a typical young Boxer, he is active, playful, and always ready to see what adventure might come next. Duke does well with dogs and enjoys having canine companions around. Duke is still learning and adjusting to his environment and will benefit from continued training and structure. Like many young dogs, he is still figuring out his manners and will need guidance with basic obedience and everyday routines. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, Duke has all the potential to grow into a wonderful and loyal companion. Duke would do best with a family that understands the needs of an energetic young dog and is excited to help him continue learning and building confidence.
