Story
Say hello to the super cute duo, THELMA and LOUISE!  Both are SELKIRK REX young adult females; Thelma has a beautiful, shiny straight black coat, and Louise has a curly coat with luxurious brown tabby markings.  These sisters love to cuddle, sleep, and play together, especially with wand toys & socks!  They both take a bit of time to warm up (especially Thelma), but then they are sweet, friendly and loving, and enjoy being picked up, petted, and showered with attention.  They are a delightful pair who would bring joy to any home. THELMA and LOUISE are spayed, purebred Selkirk Rex cats without papers.  They cannot be used for breeding since they have already been sterilized in line with CRAN’s spay/neuter policies.  They are CRAN Champion Cats, and the normal adoption fee for this pair is $600.  [This higher fee helps to pay medical expenses for some of CRAN’s special needs cats!]  However, their foster parents are kindly sponsoring $320 of this fee, so THELMA and LOUISE can be adopted for a total fee of $280. They have been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, are negative for FeLV and FIV, and include a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet THELMA and LOUISE inside our partner Wags! Dog & Cat Emporium, 136 Oakway Rd, Eugene OR 97401 (Open 10-6, Tues-Sun). Then submit an adoption application for consideration online at www.CatRescues.org/forms, or fill out a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1.  ID 2410-C0370 & 2410-C0371 THELMA & LOUISE DOB 7/1/2023 (est) MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER AS A BONDED PAIR OK WITH OTHER CATS, WITH SLOW INTRODUCTION NON-REACTIVE TO DOGS GOOD WITH GENTLE, CAT-SAVVY KIDSMarch 25, 2025, 1:48 pm
