Alma would prefer to be the only kitto receiving your attention, but she may be okay with one or two other confident cats. Because Alma is a Scottish Fold, it's recommended that she get some kind of joint supplement for the majority of her life. The gene mutation that makes their ears folded can lead to cartilage issues and getting ahead of it now will help her live life to the fullest. No medication is needed at this time, but laser therapy is a future option if the inflammation progresses. He also benefits from having his drool wiped twice daily to prevent possible infection.
