Story
PWRESCUE.ORG *PHOENIX METRO AREA ONLY*  Meet Brody, the spirited 1-1/2 year old Scottish Terrier blend! Weighing in at a playful 14 pounds, he’s full of energy and personality. After being lost and waiting for his owners to reclaim him at a local shelter, Brody is ready for his forever home. This sweet boy loves his daily walks and would thrive in a yard where he can run and explore. With his inquisitive nature, he’s always curious about his surroundings and wants to be part of the action. Once playtime winds down, Brody is more than happy to cuddle up and watch TV with you—he's got a taste for a variety of shows! While he enjoys the company of people, Brody can be a bit selective with his doggy pals. If you have another dog, a careful introduction is a must. He’d also do well as the only pet, as long as his new owner can keep him entertained and active. Since Brody was found as a stray, we’re unsure of his history with children. Therefore, it’s best if any kids in the home are older, respectful, and have some experience with dogs.  Because of his terrier breed and prey drive, he would most likely not do well with cats. If you're looking for a playful companion who’s ready to fill your life with joy, Brody is your guy!  He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered and microchipped.  His adoption fee is $350.00. If you would like to add Brody to your family, please visit our website at:  https://pwrescue.org and click on the “Adopt” button to complete an application,.Pathways Home Animal Rescue November 4, 2024, 2:59 pm

Please contact Constance (connibouchard@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Rescued dog Biography Important Information Please read! If you are interested in me after reading about me, please visit my site, http://www.breederadoptions.org and follow the instructions. The majority of the dogs we rescue, mostly breeder dogs, have lived their entire lives in less-than-ideal conditions so will need to be socialized, house and leash trained. Most have never lived in a house, walked on a leash, had a treat or sat in a lap. For many of them, their feet have never touched the ground after living for years on wire until they arrive at our main facility where they are evaluated, groomed and given vet care. Most of these dogs are not socialized and need to be cornered to be picked up, so are not suitable for people with physical disabilities or suffer from PTSD. They need folks who will make them the center of their world and help them learn to trust before even attempting to train.  Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements of the dogs we rescue.  However, they will learn with time, love, patience and most of all, commitment. You must have an ample supply of all of these to reap the rewards of watching these very special dogs become your wonderful companion. We state any known health issues, all are altered unless there is a medical reason not to, which we will advise, any known medical issues addressed, are microchipped, are UTD on all vaccines and have been checked out by at least one veterinarian, usually two. We do not guarantee the health of any of our rescued dogs. The dogs we rescue have lived with other dogs all of their lives and most get along with other dogs. We state if they are dog aggressive. We require a permanent, full-time parent. That means you must be able to spend the majority of your time with your new companion to socialize and train. We do not, under any circumstances, place them in homes with young children as they have not been exposed to children and we do not know how they will react. Please do not waste your time or ours if you are not prepared to adopt within 2 weeks and you are not willing to pick the dog up at its location. Hi! My name is Crystal, and I am a beautiful white Schnauzer girl who is 14 years old, and I weigh 15 pounds. I was adopted back in Sept. 2016 and had a wonderful home. Unfortunately, my family is longer able to care for me and I am now back with Breeder Release.  I am super sweet and love to be petted. I am a quiet girl who loves to lay in doggy beds with the other dogs in my foster home. I recently had a dental, and had all my teeth pulled, but I eat soft food just fine! And I love treats! I will need a fenced in yard because I am not comfortable on a leash. I am very scared in the car, so no long road trips for me. If you have been waiting for a sweet, calm senior girl to love, please ask for me on your application to http://www.breederadoptions.org. Love, Crystal 091416-26 November 5, 2024, 9:56 pm
