TEXAS Adoption Only Hello Everyone, My name is Bramble I am a 4 year old 17 pound mini poodle terrier mix. Hold your Horses though. I know that usually that means you have found the perfect size cuddle boy and lap baby. This is not me. I will not be sitting in your lap anytime soon. My foster mom is working very hard to let me know all the humans aren't terrible but I am slow to believe her. I have been here 8 months and I like treats from her and a random gentle head pat I've given mom permission to look at me & sweet talk me, but she'd better not try to pick me up. I no longer run away if we are in the same space and she is so excited for my progress. I just need to exist in your house until I'm fully comfortable and that is going to take a lot of time hot dogs and cheese and work on your part. Does your current dog need a friend? I love to play with other dogs and in fact I require a home with another dog who also like to play. I'm a totally different boy with my fur friends. Foster mum has cats and dogs so I do great with both. I also need a fully secured back yard with a privacy fence. Sorry no Chain link for me. If I get out you will not get me back. I know I'm looking for a unicorn and I'm hopeful that my unicorns are out there and will love me for who I am. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

I'm an incredibly affectionate and playful young lady with a smile that melts hearts. I'm here searching for a home, a family...one that I say is ALL mine!! I'm a youngster yet of just a year old, a friendly girl who would thrive in a home where I can receive lots of love and affection. I am a very good girl who knows some basic commands and is an energetic and playful pup who would love nothing more than to have a backyard to run around in when we're not out enjoying adventures! I come in at just 28lbs, so I'm that pawsomely perfect size. Not too small but not too big. Small enough for my cherished car rides but big enough to enjoy all our outings, from mundane daily to weekend exciting! I do great with...everyone!! From tall to small, I adore people and haven't met a stranger yet. I also do well with other dogs although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any of those creatures y'all call a cat yet. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Maya, A tan female Poodle Jack Russel Terrier.                                        Maya was born on August 9th.  Maya is a brilliant, curious, people-oriented dog who loves to play with her foster siblings. Maya Learned how to sit, stay, and come in her first week in foster care. She is 3 months old and ready for her forever family. Maya will need adopters with another 1-2 adult, dog-friendly, small-breed pup(s) in the home to mentor her and teach Maya how to be a family member. Maya weighs approximately 6.5 pounds and will be in the 15-pound range as an adult. Like all puppies, she is sweet, curious, and very high-energy. Maya will need committed adopters who are willing to be patient and put in the time and energy to train her. Maya will also need someone to be with her during the day for potty training, mid-day feeding, training, and general care so they grow up to be well-adjusted dogs. They received their first vaccine on October 10th and a second one on October 24th. If Maya did not receive her third and final vaccine, an adult DHPP, at the time of adoption, she will need it.
