Story
Come meet me and 100+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Home for the Holidays! Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm! Meet Oliver, a 1.5-year-old, 25-pound Mini Poodle who has the most gorgeous golden colored eyes. Oliver is a puppy mill survivor who is learning quickly how fun it is to run & play in a fenced in yard. Oliver is crate trained and enjoys playing with toys. He sleeps all night and will let you know when it's time to go out. House training is a work in progress. Oliver will walk on a leash, but a fenced in yard will suit him best. Oliver has been living with dogs of all sizes and gets along great. He has not been around cats. He is still learning to trust his humans but is making progress every day. Oliver will flourish in a home that will be dedicated to his continued training on how to be a dog. Oliver is fostered in the Cincinnati area. His adoption fee is $450.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Story
Come meet me and 100+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Home for the Holidays! Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm! Meet Petunia! This happy-go-lucky gal is a 3 year old poodle/terrier mix who weighs around 35 lbs. She loves nothing more than to be around her people and have the best time enjoying life. Petunia is a smart, playful dog! While she loves to get the zoomies and run around, she is also happy to cuddle up next to you on the couch or look peacefully out the window. She loves toys and bones but doesn't always want to share with others, but she is a great listener and very motivated to learn. Petunia is fostered with other dogs and does well with them! She would likely do best with a dog that can match her play style or ones who don't mind her playful exuberance, but she would also be happy as the only dog in the home as she loves her people the most! Petunia is both crate-trained and house-trained! She will go into her crate for a high value treat and may whine for a bit when her people leave but eventually settles down. Petunia does well on the leash and loves to go for a walk through the neighborhood. Petunia is a great dog, the only thing she is missing is a family! Could that be you? Apply today! Petunia is being fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $275.00. Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm! Meet our playful poodle-terrier mix pups! At just 3 months old, the boys-Brett, Jay, Flynn, Lance, and Willis-and their sister, Cleo, are already a lively bunch of high-energy, fun-loving puppies. Weighing in at 10 pounds each, they have plenty of growing (and bouncing) left to do, but with a 30-pound mom, they'll likely stay on the smaller side. These affectionate pups love attention and are ready to fill a forever home with joy, laughter, and puppy cuddles! Jay and his siblings are currently being fostered in Cincinnati, OH.
