You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Greetings! I’m Patch, a mini poodle mix with an approximate DOB of 3/22/2017. My fur is coiled very tight and doesn’t shed so I’d be a great pet for someone with allergies. I came from a very large breeder and spent most of my life in a cage so, I was very scared of going outside and using stairs when I came to my foster home. Surprisingly, I learned that stairs and outside are OK pretty quickly so it’s no longer scary doing either. As you can tell by my pictures though, I always look worried about something. Probably because I didn’t get much attention in my previous life, I am absolutely starved for attention now. I can get a little underfoot trying to stick next to my people and if you happen to sit or lie down, I will not only sit next to you but I will press my little fuzzy body against you as hard as I can. If you happen to be walking around the house and I feel like attention is needed, I will keep hopping up and grabbing your shirt or pants to get you to show me some love for a minute. Because of this, it might not be good for me in a home with small children since I could knock them over with my enthusiasm. Probably not a good idea to be around adults who are a fall risk as well because I stay right by my people when they are walking around. I mean well but, I don’t understand boundaries quite yet. Otherwise, if you want the most loving, attentive dog ever, I’d be an excellent fit for you!
