Meet Daisy! Daisy is a sweet, gentle and playful girl, best described as the perfect house guest. This little lady has basic crate training skills and has not had any recent potty accidents in the house. She has not mastered leash training just yet as the weather has not been ideal for walks, but she hopes this could become a bonding activity with her new family! Daisy has adapted quickly to a busy foster home with multiple children, dogs, livestock and even a cat. She’s very intelligent and has a bit of a prey drive for smaller sized animals, however. One of Daisy’s most precious qualities is that she is especially patient and affectionate with children. She would make a lovely addition to any family. We know that Daisy will “bloom” in a home with lots of love, plenty of cuddles and a bit of physical activity each day. An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this. We strongly encourage basic obedience training for all our dogs, as it not only helps your dog “blossom” into a well-balanced canine citizen with good manners, but it also helps to form a lasting bond between your dog and the humans in your family. Daisy is a sweet and lovable girl, longing for her forever home. Will you become best “buds” and make her dreams come true? Fill out an application today and let her know that you'd love to have her join your family! We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
