You won't be able to resist once you run your fingers through my coat and look into these gorgeous eyes! I’m a growing puppy and I have not yet had a lot of experience with crates, kids or cats and I might bark if something alarms me, but I really love to learn and hoping for a family who will take me to a basic obedience class to continue to help me build confidence and dog skills. Ideally my forever home would need to be home during the day to help me with my potty training and not leave me for breaks longer than 3 - 4 hours. Meet Scarlett, a 9 month old Malamute. Scarlett is a sweet, submissive, and very snuggly girl.  We think she will be a wooly again when her freshly groomed hair grows back.   She is very well behaved, has pretty good recall, is potty trained and is very smart.  She very easily made friends with our 5 Northern Breeds and had a playdate with 4 additional Huskies on day 2 of being with her foster family.  She loves squeaky toys but really loves people the most. She is a very gentle nibbler - she nibbles in your hands to remind you she needs more pets. She rides well in a car.  She is a very smart girl and still learning how to use a doggie door.  While Scarlett does counter surf a bit now, is learning to stay on the ground. She is also still working on not pulling while on a leash.
