Meet Mochi,You may recognize this sweet Marshmallow from a recent Medical Emergency, as he was featured on our website due to multiple underlying health concerns.This sweet boy has had a difficult start to life. He spent his first 8 years in a garage, having little to no interaction with the world around him. Mochi came into care with a wounded eye, severe dental disease and a Urinary tract infection. With the help of our amazing donors, Mochi is now on his way to recovery after a substantial dental and a consultation with an eye specialist who has confirmed he does not need surgery to remove his eye after all! He has great vision and all wounds were superficial and have healed. Mochi has been living in a foster home while recovering from his medical needs. He has lived harmoniously with another dog and small children. Mochi loves to play fetch, engage with toys and enjoys long walks. Mochi is still working on his leash manners. He can be very exciteable when seeing dogs on walks, and will need continued training on remaining calm with introductions. Mochi has been working on his housetraining and would prefer a home with yard access to ensure he does not have any additional accidents. He loves a good snuggle on the couch and is a highly affectionate dog.If you think you're a good match for Mochi, please send us an application today!
