Despite my condition though, I approached her with such trust and hope, it's like I just knew someone would save me. I was trembling from the cold and hunger, but all I craved was love and warmth. That moment broke my rescuer's heart. She couldn’t leave me there, abandoned and helpless, in such harsh conditions. So, she didn't, she took me to a safe place.You'll find I am quite intelligent, as well as a kind and gentle soul. I simply and absolutely love people. More people, more love. More love, more snuggles. More snuggles, more happiness in the world.I'm also good with other dogs and kids too. I haven't been around any meowies though. I'm such a sweetheart though, it may be possible with proper intro.A semi-active to active home will suit me right. I can chill out with the best of them, but it is nice to get out and do some fun activities too before settling down for cuddles. I walk well on leash. Local kids threw rocks at him, and residents scared him away with gunfire when he sought safety near their homes. Alone and scared, he was discovered hiding under a car, separated from his littermates and mother. Rescuers brought Sunny to a foster home in Lebanon, where he received care, safety, and the chance to trust humans again. He also began to socialize with other dogs, showing his gentle and playful side. When Sunny arrived in Vancouver, he received a 5-star grooming session that revealed an untreated puncture wound. Thanks to prompt vet care, he healed quickly and emerged as the happy, loving dog he is today. Sunny is a delightful mix of calm and playful. He’s a big fan of cuddles, but when he’s truly at ease, his zoomies come out, showcasing his joyful spirit! He’s curious about squirrels and birds but mostly watches them disappear into the trees and sky. Sunny loves walks, running off-leash in fenced areas, and learning new things. My name is Bryce, and I have quite the story to tell.   Breed: Alaskan MalamuteAge: 4 yearsGender: Male    Weight: 73 lbHighlight(s): Good with other dogs, rarely barks, no escape tendency I was found wondering the streets and ended up in a city pound as a stray. Despite having a microchip, no one came to claim me, and I was at risk of being euthanized. Thankfully, I was saved and brought to a shelter, but unfortunately, I've been there for over a year without finding a family to call my own. Living in Korea's hot and humid summers hasn't been easy for me as a Malamute. I'm really hoping to find a home where I can be comfortable and happy. I'm not shy at all when it comes to meeting new people. In fact, I love it when strangers pet me and give me belly rubs. I'm a big fan of scratches and don't mind being brushed. Just be prepared for some shedding! I get along well with other dogs, regardless of their size. I've been living with 30-40 dogs at the shelter, so I'm used to being around many furry friends. However, I haven't had the chance to meet a cat yet, so I'm not sure how I would react. I have a moderate energy level and enjoy outdoor activities. I walk well on a leash and am confident in urban environments. Sudden noises and car rides don't scare me at all. In fact, I absolutely love car rides and enjoy looking out the window, feeling the wind on my face. I want to assure you that I haven't shown any signs of aggression. However, I do have a little possessive behavior when it comes to certain things. Sometimes, I won't let go of something I have in my mouth. But don't worry, the shelter is working on this with me, and it's recommended to continue "leave it" training after adoption. I don't have separation anxiety and rarely bark.
