Ready for a journey? You've got to meet HURRY, he is always up for an adventure!Hurry is a swift and an agile jumper and happiest running around outside and is content to come indoors and relax afterwards. He's not overly affectionate but he does appreciate human interaction and is a loyal companion. While he has been with us, our Dog Trainer has taught him his basic commands and worked on his recall. Our Trainer looks forward to working with the successful adopters to ensure a successful transition. Potential adopters should expect to attend up to 6 (complimentary) training classes with his Trainer. ABOUT HURRY:- He is a 45 lb, mid-sized Saluki Mix, approximately 7 years old. - A world traveller, Hurry was born in the UAE and travelled to Canada with his family.- Unfortunately his family could no longer keep him and he was surrendered to our shelter.- Good in the car- Gets along with most dogs (if his potential adopter already has a dog, we will arrange for a meet & greet under the supervision of our Trainer)- Hurry is neutered, house-trained, microchipped and has his core vaccinations HURRY'S IDEAL HOME:- Live in a home with a yard with a high fence that is not climbable/jumpable - Provide him daily runs- Continual training of a recall exercise - A home with no children or other pets, at least until he settles into a routineIf you are interested in adopting him, please submit an online adoption application which can beis found on our website. Suluu is a sweet, leggy, and lovable boy who is looking for a forever home. Suluu is 3 years old, neutered, up to date on shots, and weighs about 40 pounds. Suluu is an affectionate dog who thrives on love and attention. While he can be reactive at times, his reactions are fear-based, not aggressive. In a calm, patient home Suluu will be a loyal companion. . • Ideal Home: Suluu would do best in a quieter setting—he’s currently being fostered in the downtown core, but we know he would absolutely thrive in a home with a yard where he can run and play freely. He loves being outside and would make a great fit for an active family or individual who can provide him with structure, patience, and lots of playtime! With proper introductions he is ok with other dogs but the ideal home would have no other pets. Suluu is eager to bond and has so much love to give. He would make a wonderful companion for someone with patience who can provide him with the love, structure and exercise that he needs.
