Abby is still fearful of people but is making good progress. She lets familiar volunteers pet her and she enjoys the touch and affection. She needs an adoptor with a quiet house (she does ok with other cats) who is very patient. The right adopter for Abby will let her progress at her pace and will love her even if she doesn't completely overcome her fear. Abby is sweet and gorgeous and we believe she'll continue to get more comfortable. We're making her available now in case the right adopter comes along. 3 year old Ren is a gorgeous biig guy who weighs 13 lbs. and is a Russian Blue.  He was formerly with a senior woman who is disabled and couldn't care for him anymore Once he warms up he loves pats and a good warm lap. He might need to be the only cat in the house as he doesn't play with others right now. Smokey Ray came to Rescue through a small town Humane Society, they asked the Rescue to help him find a home. He was a stray but has been living in a loving foster home now, safely off the streets..
