Story
Fern came to us with her brother Phin and their mama, almost 2 years ago at the age of about 5 weeks old. Fern and her brother Phin were very shy and standiffish with people, while their mama Scarlett was very sweet and outgoing. While it may have tell over 1.5 years, Mama Scarlet was adopted and Fern started to finally come out of her shell. You’d never know this was the same shy kitty as before. She has made the nested of friends with her bestie, Bella the Shihtzu and would love to be adopted into a home where they can both continue their bond and goofy friendship. They actually love to snuggle and wrestle with each other. Check out their YouTube video attached here. Both are sweet, tiny little girls that want a forever home to call their own.

Story
Phin is extremely shy. He will lounge around the house and play with toys but not often will you be able to touch him. He just simply likes to bask in the sun and eat yummy food. Phin would not do well outside as he is absolutely scared of everything. Phin is very gentle, doesn’t have a mean or aggressive bone in his body. He simply likes to exist and be in quiet. Our newest challenge with Phin is working on getting him to stop peeing outside of the litterbox. There is nothing medically wrong, we worry it is his fear of dogs that has kept him limited to certain areas of the house. Even with litter boxes in every corner of the house, there are times he’s just too scared to leave a high perch if a dog is in sight. Phin would live a forever home with another kitty or more. But please no dogs or young kids. They’re just to scary for Phin.
