Mischa is 4 years old. She is very sweet and affectionate, however she is also very vocal. She would do well in a home where she can play with another cat, preferably a boy cat as female cats do not seem to get along well with her to no fault of her own. She is very active and playful and would do well in a home where she gets a lot of attention. The only behavioral issue is her vocality. She has good litter box manners and does not scratch furniture if you provide a scratching post.

This beautiful girl came to us on her own at first — cautious, observant, and thoughtful. For months, she visited quietly, watching, learning, and deciding whether the world here was safe. When she finally decided it was…she brought Socks, her best buddy. That choice says everything about who she is. She is gentle but confident, affectionate on her own terms, and deeply bonded to her companion. She’s the type of cat who likes to know what’s going on, where everyone is, and that her person (and her cat) are okay. Once she trusts you, she settles into a calm, steady presence that feels grounding and warm. She thrives with routine, soft voices, and a peaceful environment. Important note: She is part of a bonded pair and must be adopted together with her companion. They rely on each other emotionally and have never known life apart. I came in with a really bad respiratory infection and Crystal Acres fixed me up and now I'm happy and playful. I love playing with the other cats, especially the boys.
