Well, somehow I got dumped (can you believe that!?) at a property that did right by me (Karen and Jerry are my heroes!) where I got two hots and a cot (but I still had to stay outside because I was a "stray" *eyeroll*). But fortunately the good people that owned the property cared for me and cared about me. I matter and that's exactly how they made me feel. They fed me and looked after me and when a spot opened up, they got me into Desert Haven Animal Rescue so I could have a fresh start filled with love. So here I am! I've been well socialized, am tame and friendly and loving, and I am beautiful as the day is long. Forever family -- here I come! HISTORY:    OREO and STORMY were originally trapped several months apart as young cats under the SFAS Gatos [TNR] program and returned to the area. A couple started feeding them year or two later.  However, when they needed to move out of Santa Fe, they asked F&F to take the cats for placement.         TEMPERAMENT:  STORMY is pretty but shy girl who enjoys treats and gentle brushing, when she invites them. With familiar caregivers, STORMY will seek attention, weaving back and forth while being brushed and pulling on your hand for treats. STORMY and OREO are very bonded and must be adopted together. Their new guardian will need to be patient as it is likely to take at least several months for the cats to settle in.
