Story
Buffy is an affectionate, playful adult female. She has been raised in a foster home since she was a kitten. She came in with a litter of kittens very sick with a cold. As you can see, she is now healthy and looking for a furrrever home! She has very soft, plushy silver fur, and is affectionate and quiet. Buffy loves to play with balls of tin foil, and likes to sit next to you on the couch. She likes to be petted very much, and will submit to a medical exam by a vet just fine, but like many cats, does not like to be picked up and held. Buffy is quiet and shy. She currently lives in a home with other cats and gets along fine, but gets picked on by stronger personalities. Buffy does well with children who are older and can pet her gently. She would do best in a quiet home. *** All our adoptions are done through our vet. Please email for an application. Include your vet and town, state. ***

Story
Hi! I'm Zuul!  I was found outside as a young gent and trapped as a feral teen.  Thankfully my rescue didn't give up on me as they helped me learn to trust people and be what they call a "pet"!   I can still be a little nervous at times but once you have earned my trust, I love to be pet and get belly rubs!   I have been told by my foster mom I am a lucky miracle boy!! Not only was I found, trapped and socialized, but I then got very sick in July 2022.  I had what the hoomans call FIP.  My foster mom cried so much and was so scared to lose me. I felt horrible and my skin was turning yellow and my belly was filling with fluid. I felt icky. I just wanted to sleep in my kitty  bed  as I didnt have any energy or desire to eat. Foster momma was determined to help me have a gteat life!!! She gave me fluids, supplements and medication for what seems like forever!! Checks and rechecks with the vet all the time!! Almost 3 months later I was feeling BETTER than before!! bigger and better!! Thanks to my foster mom and my best buddy Munckin. Shes a tiny little one who snuggled me when I felt sick. We live in foster together and she doenst really like people but she  LOVES ME! I would love a home with My best girl, Munchkin (we call her Munchie ).   ##1314906##

Story
Smoky is an absolute sweetheart that wandered into our local park, crying for food. As soon as we brought him home, we realized what a total mush and love bug he is. He loves nothing more than sitting in your lap while you drink your morning cup of coffee or laying next to you while you read a good book. He’s very chatty and wants to be heard so you always know where he is. He gets along very well with our resident cats and has been very calm around dogs as well. Smoky would make an amazing companion for anyone looking for a buddy to keep them company!

He’s extremely affectionate and a definite kisser. He does not have one shy bone in his body – he loves to explore new places and meet new people. He’s great with everyone, including cats, dogs and kids. He loves to be pet and snuggled. He’s so sweet to all the tiny kittens he’s being fostered with, taking on a loving dad role with them. He will make a great addition to your home! This cat is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and tested negative for FIV/Felv. Story
Mama Gray is a 10 year old Russian Blue who used to live in a cat colony on an old porch off a dirt road. She and her companion Tiger are quiet cats who are now enjoying the comforts of an inside life. Mama is standoffish and does not want to be snuggled, cuddled or picked up although she tolerates some petting on her own terms. She enjoys her treats and wet food, maybe a bit too much! This senior lady deserves a quiet home with a cat lover who will be patient with her and give her space and time to adjust. Mama will need to be adopted with her friend Tiger.Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! PLEASE NOTE: Our adoption fee helps to cover our expenses and includes all shots, *age appropriate*, distemper and rabies, fecal check, spay/neuter, heartworm test, grooming, and in many cases dental and also the fee we pay when we rescue from a shelter.
