Story
Hi there, I'm Halo! I was rescued after being abandoned when my owner moved! The neighbors tried to care for me outside, but unfortunately I ended up injured and sick! I had an abcessed paw and a double ear infection! 😿 Thankfully a kind lady came to save me! Even though I was in so much pain, I was willing to let her pick me up and place me in a carrier. I was even a very patient boy at the vet, and with my ear drops... Which I hate! 😾 I'm just a big lovable boy that has made everyone fall in love that he meets! All I want is lots of affection! I would love to have a home of my own, and my own people to love! I prefer a quiet home, with kids that know how to respectfully pet me, and NO dogs! I am not a cat fond of dogs... Yuck! I can get along with other cats, but prefer them to let me do my own thing. I've been looking for an angel that is looking for their Halo... I hope to find you soon! 😻

Story
When Darla and Katniss entered rescue, they were diagnosed with FIP, a disease that’s fatal to cats without 86 days of treatment. Luckily, these sweethearts pushed through with the help of our wonderful volunteers and have never been healthier or happier. A dynamic mother-daughter duo, Darla and Katniss complement each other in every way. While Katniss is loud, playful, and in your face, Darla is more laid back and prefers to simply soak up your company. Between the two of them, there’s a lot of cat to love, and they will love you right back.
