Meet Iggy — the cat who manifested his own rescue 🐾 Some cats are found… Iggy applied. He appeared at a gas station colony where a kind human was caring for TNR cats — but Iggy very clearly misunderstood the assignment. While everyone else was content clocking in for outdoor life, Iggy began networking. Eye contact. Conversations. Strategic leg rubs. Persistent interviews. His goal? Secure a full-time indoor position with benefits (fleece, affection, and running water). We’re pleased to announce: he got the job. Iggy is a handsome gray gentleman distinguished by a perfect white racing stripe down his nose — presumably for aerodynamic zoomies between you and the nearest sink. Because yes… the rumors are true. Iggy is a sink cat.Turn on the faucet and he arrives immediately to supervise water operations. He is wonderfully chatty — not noisy, but conversational. He’ll greet you, narrate your day, and provide thoughtful commentary on birds outside the window. If you talk back, he will absolutely continue the discussion. Silence is not his communication style. Personality highlights: • Deeply affectionate and attentive to his people • Actively seeks you out (you are his hobby) • Professional bird-watching analyst • Serial leg-rubber • Believes fleece blankets were invented specifically for him • Enjoys singing little songs to maintain household morale Iggy didn’t want to survive outside — he wanted a relationship. He chose humans, and now he’s all in. He’ll follow you around like a small gray assistant making sure you never experience a moment alone… or a moment where the sink is unmonitored. Simba is a male Russian Blue medium haired cat. He is an indoor cat. He is almost 2 years old and was rescued together with his mother and 5 siblings. We still have 2 of his siblings Teddy and Cuddles, male as well. He is a very sweet and loving cat and would make a wonderful pet for anyone who is willing to give him lots of love and a good loving home. He enjoys playing with small balls and feathery toys. He loves sitting like a lion and observing his surroundings which includes widow gazing of the outdoors. He is social and lives in our home with older children. We will keep him until he finds his forever family home.

Cuddles was born in our backyard together with his 5 siblings. Cuddles is almost 2 years old and is litterbox trained. He is an indoor cat and loves a good tummy scratch/cuddle. He loves playing with any balls, crackly cat toys, plastic lids, string toys etc. He is very affectionate and will always come up to you to have his tummy scratched. He is close to all his siblings and ideally, we would love to have him and one of his siblings, Teddy or Simba, rehomed together. My husband had elbow surgery recently and he was the main caregiver. I work fulltime and it has become very difficult to keep up with the care. He is social and lives in our home with older children.

Teddy is a Russian blue mix whose dad was a Black Bombay, rescued from our back yard with his mom and 6 siblings. He is almost 2 years old, and he loves playing with balls and his furry kitty toys. He gets very excited when he sees that you are coming to play with him. He enjoys playing with his brothers. Then also likes window watching what goes on in the backyard with the squirrels, birds and any other wildlife. He is litterbox trained and sweet natured. He is neutered. No medical conditions that we are aware of. Teddy is good with other cats, children, adults, elderly. He is social and lives in our home with older children. We would ideally love for him to be adopted with one of his brothers, Simba or Cuddles, as they have all grown up together.
