Story
3 year old Ren is a gorgeous biig guy who weighs 13 lbs. and is a Russian Blue.  He was formerly with a senior woman who is disabled and couldn't care for him anymore Once he warms up he loves pats and a good warm lap. He might need to be the only cat in the house as he doesn't play with others right now. He is a very gentile sweet boy and he loves laying in the sun.  Don't miss out on this handsome boy.  Contact Critter Cavalry  at ccrnewengland@gmail.com Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.December 1, 2024, 6:55 pm

Story
Murphy is a handsome guy who has been through so much and ended up being misunderstood and discarded. Murphy MUST BE THE ONLY PET in his forever home. He is so very gentle and kind, he is terrified of anything with four legs! He also asks that his litterbox be kept VERY clean. He prefers not to get his paws dirty! His last request...he must be in an ADULT ONLY home that definitely has a cat loving MAN. While he will be nice to the woman of the house, but he prefers to dote on the man of the house. Murphy also has dental disease and has had most of his teeth removed. Even without those teeth, he prefers to eat dry food!! Murphy is a fantastic guy who needs a loving and patient home! Story
Smoky is a man of mysteries. He is a big boy with an even bigger personality. He is comfortable with other cats/kittens, but prefers his space. He has met the foster family dog and had little interest or concern. He would be wonderful as an only cat/companion animal because he does love attention.  He's very affectionate! He loves to take naps in beams of sun, and doesn't really play that much. A quiet, chill house would be great for this guy. Smoky is FIV+ and had stomatitus. To treat this autoimmune disease, his teeth were removed and he's done much better without them. He's a good eater and loves his friskies.  We estimate his birth year to be 2017. Smoky was abandoned by his "family", who moved and left him behind. He remained in the neighborhood where he returned to his home each night and sat on the porch. We discovered his situation when a neighbor called about a colony of community cats they were feeding. Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm (Smoky is FIV+). They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.  An application must be completed to be considered to adopt from Stray HELP. You can download it from HERE OR directly ONLINE If your application is approved we conduct a home visit for final approval of adoption.
