Story
Meet these wonderful sibling kittens: Bella, Jess, Gus & Pepper They are the kittens of Mama Grizzy - whom is looking for a forever home with her bonded Russian blue female kitten Anastasia. They also have another sibling Orange Tabby with Bengal named Honey. They are about 4 months old and ready for their forever home. They are currently being fostered around children and have had plenty of room to play and learn to socialize. They are very affectionate as they’ve been constantly held, handled, and loved since they were first rescued. They are beautiful. They are very special and can make great therapy companions. All of our kittens are looking for a loving and safe, forever home. They are all healthy, vaccinated, and were spayed/neutered. Are you ready to give them a forever home? Story
This adorable, fluffy boy is Dragon. He is a very sweet, shy Russian Blue kitty who needs a family to love him and make him feel safe. He's okay around dogs but is afraid of other cats. Who knows what he experienced before he was rescued. He's very skittish right now and frightened of loud noises, but loves affection and is super lovable. So, a quiet home with a couple, or a single person, or a family with older, calm kids like teens would be best. He's very smart - has learned how to open cabinet doors :) He loves toys, he likes to talk back to you when you speak to him, he also likes to sit and chill in the shower! He's only 10 months old and so cute. He's been sterilized and just needs his vaccines and a microchip. If you are interested in sweet Dragon, please inquire here about him. Thank you for choosing adoption.

Story
Ellie is an adorable Russian Blue mix that was found living on top of a roof in Tijuana. She was extremely sweet and friendly, and the homeowners were worried that she would harm herself if she tried to jump off the roof. We're not sure how she got there but are so thankful that the homeowners brought her inside at our request. They gave her so much love, food, and shelter while waiting for a spot to open at The Lounge. We are so happy to welcome her and find her a forever home! We have recently learned that Ellie is a lap cat! She loves to take a nap while you're sitting and working or reading. This kitty also has a common parasite called Tritrichomonas foetus, or T. foetus, in their belly that causes loose stool. Fortunately, this infection is often considered more of an inconvenience than a medical emergency. Though medical treatment tends to be unsuccessful, T. foetus can resolve on its own. In the meantime, they should not be with other kitties to prevent its spread (it can't spread to people!). Being a carrier of T. Foetus doesn't impact their health or life, but it may make some stinky poops!December 21, 2024, 3:04 pm

Story
*** Konya is in a foster home. ***Solid gray Russian Blue mix, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 1/1/17, #18838Other cats: solo kitty Dogs: calm dog okay Children: calm tweens+Konya’s beloved person died very unexpectedly and was found in her home during a welfare check by a concerned friend. That friend had ties to Rescue House and she sought our assistance since the lady’s extended family and friends all had cats and that would not be the best environment for Konya. Konya is now looking to find a new home where she will be just as loved!Konya is adventuresome and talkative and likes life on her own terms! She’s a fan of all levels of vertical space: jumping on tall trees, chilling on medium-level counters, and exploring the depths of cabinets and drawers (so do be careful she doesn’t get shut in one). Konya is playful with toys if you’re involved in the interaction, though she doesn’t seem to do much with loose toys of her own accord. While she does not care to be picked up for cuddles, Konya loves to sit next to you while you watch TV and will snug up close to your warm body. Chin scratches are most welcome. Her purr motor seems to be broken, as we’ve never heard it, but she still shows her appreciation of your affection and company. On occasion, Konya will sit directly on your lap for a few minutes or lie on your chest for a bit, but she likes to know she is free to come and go as she pleases. This extends to the nighttime, as she’ll sleep part of it on the bed with you and then part of it wherever else tickles her fancy. She has an independent spirit and is a great companion!Konya prefers a quieter home where she is the only kitty. She has lived with a dog before and could likely do so again so long as it’s a mellow cat-knowledgeable canine. Konya would rather not live with younger children, though calmer tweens and up may work well.Konya didn’t expect to need to find a new person to love, but unfortunately it turned out that way, and she knows the best home is with a good human. Will you be her new partner in life?

Story
Cuddles must be rehomed due to surgery and her elderly owner moving to assisted living. She was acquired after being found roaming an alley where she currently lives, and attempts to find the owner were not successful. It is suspected the owner moved and just left her. Cuddles has all shots and has been well cared for by vets. Her most recent check up was in May 2023. Cuddles is best suited for someone who is home during the day without children and is an indoor cat in a small condo complex, where she gets along with neighbor cats when she goes out to explore. She loves to sit on her owners lap, and on the back of the sofa or chair.
