Russian Blue kittens & cats in Mobile, Alabama

A friend of mine found her outside during some rain and I took her in for a while but I can't keep her. She will come with a litter box! We estimate that she is, about, 6 months old. She can be a little vocal but she loves to be pet and loves contact.

Little Boy Blue is a playful guy but a bit fearful of humans. He was rescued as a young kitten but has remained untrusting of people. He’s shy but gets the zoomies and loves frolicking on the cat tree. Looking out the window is his other hobby; he’s kind of nosey .. lol He would not be a cuddler but likes to follow you around to observe.

NOT BELIEVED TO BE HYPOALLERGENIC. Beano ~ 4 years old (DOB ~ 3/15/20) is a beautiful Russian blue (mix?), whose owner died. When we got her, she was an outside cat. She is shy, but when I had her in a small room and got my hands on her, she did not seem to mind a good petting. If you will give her wet food, she may get friendlier, or may never fully socialize. She hides here, even though she has lived here 2 years, likely because there are a couple other scaredy cats who have influenced her. She is quite comfortable with other cats. May not be happy without another cat. ***she will run unless you start her in a small room & make it a point to pet her. She loves a cat tree and sunny window.  Good with other cats. Bennie was rescued by a very kind and compassionate couple. She'd been spotted hanging out in a gutter for days. The couple picked her up and tried everything to find her owner but noone stepped up. They brought her to us and she had no chip. She is a sweet and loving kitty. Very vocal and outgoing. She is not fond of the other kitties in her foster home but that is understandable so early. Each of our rescues will be COMPLETELY vetted (which includes a combo test, worming, spay/neutered, vaccines, and micro-chipping). We do all in our power to assure our rescues are as healthy as possible and live a long happy life. There is always a chance that an animal we have rescued will have a genetic health issue (since they are rescues there is no way that we can know their family history) or one of our tests falls in that low percentage of false-negative category or a they contract a rare disease that we have no way of knowing about or they contract under your care. We cannot guarantee 100% that your pet will live the 15 to 20 years we hope for but with all that we do for them, the chances are incredibly strong that they will. Transportation fees, when applicable, vary by distance/expense. Home checks may be conducted. We are asking for an adoption donation of $248. On most animals, a tax-deductible adoption donation of $148 is required upon approved adoption application. (This is a fraction of our vet expenses and you are always welcome to donate more.) She has the most unique and piercing eyes, but sadly, she is blind. Shadowette is an otherwise healthy 15 years old, small Russian Blue mix. Shadowette currently finds comfort in a cage where she knows her things. Noises scare her. She is quite comfortable out of her cage with her human. She enjoys being brushed and pet and knows when she is safe. Shadowette would need a small room as a safe space for quite a while until she is able to explore other areas. We are looking for someone with blind kitty experience or someone we know will follow our adjustment procedures for Shadowette.
