Meet Chip! Chip is a bright, happy-go-lucky pup around 2–3 years old, and he’s ready to find his forever family! This friendly boy gets along wonderfully with dogs and cats, and he has also lived with small children in a previous foster home, where he did great. Chip is a smart cookie who already knows basic commands like sit, shake, and up. He’s kennel trained, making daily routines and downtime a breeze. Playtime is his favorite — whether it’s fetch in the backyard or zooming around on sunny days, Chip could play fetch for hours! But don’t let his playful side fool you — when it’s time to relax, Chip is more than happy to be a snuggly cuddlebug. On leash, he does well and just needs a little more practice to become the perfect walking companion. Sweet, handsome, fun-loving Blake is 2 years old and weighs 50 lbs. We think he is a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Black Mouth Cur mix. He is affectionate and loves to give kisses and cuddle with his people. He is friendly with every person he meets, but he can be a little picky about his dog friends. Blake is an excellent choice for someone wanting an only dog, but we think he would be ok in a home with smaller dogs. He loves to play fetch, and any old ball will do, but he hasn't quite mastered the part of bringing the ball back! Blake is very athletic and needs his daily exercise. He loves taking long walks. He is crate and potty trained. He won't be a good fit for apartment life. Blake will be a super loyal and loving companion. To meet Blake, please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
