Bells is a very sweet Rhodesian Ridgeback mix (we suspect Whippet or Italian Greyhound is the other dominant breed). She was adopted through a Ridgeback rescue but we’ve realized that we can’t give her the two big things she needs to thrive in our current living situation, namely: plenty of space to run around whenever she’d like to and another dog to keep her company during the day.

Marley arrived with `Princess Margaret` A915244. They were in a finder home for a few days before space was available to bring them to the shelter. Marley has been described by his finder as loyal, a lover of sleeping, playing and eating. He also likes some cuddles and was so easy to bathe. He`s been a good listener and learns to do as asked. While his size may be daunting to some, he actually walks very calmly on leash and around other dogs and tends to mind his own business. He goes to doggy play groups. He`s perfect for the person who loves a grand stature in their dog, with lots of ease. Marley appears to be a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix and has a signature hair line down his back that is his, and his alone, uniquely. He`s neutered, seems to be in good health and appearance, and is heartworm negative. Marley has been through many adjustments in a short period of time, the kind that would make a person`s head start to spin. As a result expect to give him time to learn new routines in a new place. He`s smart, smart and he`ll catch on in no time.

Nicholas, or Nicky for short, is about 2 Years old. He is a Fun, Smart, Hilarious dog. He is extremely playful and goofy. He LOVES to play soccer by himself or with friends. He is a great ball fetcher! He is very Loyal and will make a great companion for anyone who loves to be active or just hang out and give him belly rubs. We are only Rehoming him because our 92 Year Old Mother lives with us and is very Fragile. She has been Diagnosed with Dementia so we are afraid she might trip over him as he likes to be lazy sometimes. He is a wonderful Friend and loves kids and adults alike.

Adopted in 2013, this playful pup is house-trained and crate-savvy, and he thrives on outdoor activities like hiking. Rosco is not very good with dogs and can be aggressive. He currently lives peacefully with a cat, although he can get excited and chase cats and squirrels outside. Rosco has some separation anxiety, which makes him an incredibly loyal and devoted companion who loves to be close to his humans. His ideal family or individual should enjoy 30-minute walks and playtime. Rosco comes with his favorite toys, crate, bed, food, and water bowl. Hello, Oso is a 7 year old Catahoula/Great Pyrenees mix. My soon to be ex-husband got him from an accidental farm litter shortly after we started dating. We married soon after and had 3 children together, other dogs (both passed), cats, and chickens. Oso was very loyal to my ex and listened to him very closely, he was very much his dog. Last February, I found out my husband did something terrible, which he will likely be going to prison for. For the safety of my children, I kicked him out and will be divorcing him. He is not allowed contact with any of us pending trial. With my ex out of the picture completely, I have been struggling financially and emotionally. I can’t afford to care for Oso anymore. I’m a newly single mom to 4 kids (1,3,5-autistic, and 10) and I am stretched too thin. Oso deserves a better home. He has been struggling with my ex’s absence as well. He has become very anxious and has been acting out in many ways and I don’t have the time, energy, or money to help him.
