Story
Thanks to a generous donor, my adoption fee has been reduced to $40 Slurpee is sweet, affectionate, and calm. She is friendly towards everyone and is well-mannered. You will not catch this girl jumping up on people, but she sure does like to wag her tail! Slurpee is an excellent leash-walker, and would be a great companion for someone who leads a less active life. Slurpee is the ultimate cuddle buddy, and would love nothing more than to cuddle up with you on the couch. She was found as a stray and came in with another dog, who she got along well with. We believe Slurpee would be happiest in a home with another canine companion. Slurpee is heartworm positive and will need to rest and be kept calm for a few months while she is undergoing treatment. This would likely not be very difficult, given her calm demeanor. Please contact the shelter for more information regarding her heartworm treatment.
