Story
The sweetest dog and cuddlebug on earth. Cinna is a dream to have. 4 years old. She sleeps all day and night, and is happy with 1 walk per day. We love her so much but have had to move due to divorce and need to rehome her. She is currently on a medication as she occassionally drips urine after getting spayed. Vets are considering trying a low dose estrogen pill to help. Sometimes no dripping, and other times she does. Need to get to the bottom of it, but if someone is willing to explore this with a vet, you will not regret getting her as she is quite literally the sweetest girl. Can be a bit anxious at times, but just needs reassurance and cuddles. No barking, and not destructive. A good girl. We are sad to lose her.

Story
This is Peanut, a beautiful 13 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback/ Rottweiler mix. She is in good health. She is very affectionate and loves giving kisses. She has been with the same family since about 3-4 months old. She does not get along with other dogs but her brother Rocket (Jack Russell Terrier) is up for adoption also if you want 2 bonded dogs. She can be ok with cats if introduced slowly. A home with a back yard would be ideal. My family went through a divorce this year. My ex left the state, leaving the dog with me. I am unable to care for the dog long term because I have very limited income and will be starting a second job soon. I will have no time for the dogs care.

These pups are in Portland, Oregon too!

Story
This sweet boy can go from a seemingly shy boy to the happiest lover boy with just the sound of sweet talk! It's amazing to see him light up with the smallest of sweet talk. He understands that it’s directed at him and the head tilts get you in your feels! Hunter Smalls… because what he hunts for is small- a sweet talking someone of his very own. https://youtu.be/uHWPUY4MnMg?feature=shared At an estimated 2 years old, Hunter has a calm demeanor that typically only comes with age. He is a petite 39 lbs of calm, dog-friendly, cat-tolerant, peaceful companionship. Aside from the power sweet talk has over him, my favorite thing about Hunter is his contentedness. Whether its out in the yard or in the living room, he is happy to share space with in your company. You don’t need to entertain him and he won’t be pestering you for endless games of catch. This gentle soul can be a touch shy at first, but once he senses your warmth and the sweet talk begins, he opens up to show you his loving nature. With his calm demeanor and quiet disposition, Hunter is going to be a wonderful companion to you and other dogs at home. He is a gentleman in the company of other dogs, showing a playful side while maintaining his cool even when other dogs get a bit pushy.. A home with a calm, friendly companion would be a dream! In rescue we cannot know age or breed with any guarantee but believe he may be a black mouth cur mix. Thanks to his size and incredibly calm and content nature, Hunter has potential to be an apartment boy but he would love a cozy home with a little yard to explore and occasionally nap in. His light-up face and gentle soul promises to keep your life charmed and full of love! His charm and loyalty are going to feel like such a gift! Adopt Hunter and know the depth of rescue love waiting in him! If you have any questions about Hunter or would like us to test him in a specific setting or for a particular detail, please reach out! We are committed to making sure he is the perfect fit for you and your lifestyle, and we can accommodate most requests to make that happen. Please email kristin@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Story
Meet Brando- the sweetest, cutest little puppy in the world. Brando is 100% snuggles, sunshine and good times, just a little puppy looking for his forever family. We think Brando is a German Shepherd, Catahoula mix, though he is a rescue, so exact age and breed are a mystery. He’s around five months old, and still has quite a few of his puppy teeth! He weighs in just under thirty pounds right now, but he’s still growing! Watch Brando here: https://youtu.be/cQb2ondiOqY Brando is your typical puppy, all about naps, snuggles, playtime and food! He loves treats, and he takes them so gently already! Brando shows tons of signs that he’ll be a good dog when he grows up. He’s not mouthy, he’s learning his leash skills quickly, and he’s great at checking in with his humans during play time. He calms down quickly when playtime is over, and then it’s straight to snuggles. He’s confident and affectionate, and will climb up on the couch with you for some love! Brando LOVES belly rubs. With other dogs, Brando is all play! He’s super friendly with other dogs and instant BFFs with anyone that will indulge him in a game of chase. Here at the rescue, we cat tested Brando. Brando was playful, but not reactive toward our house cat Tom. See his full cat test in his YouTube video. Our behavior team believes that Brando could live in a house with kitties, so long as another dog is present to teach him proper kitty-etiquete. Brando is still young so he will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. His new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. We are willing to test him with anything you need us to in order to ensure he’s the perfect match for you! We can make most anything happen- just let us know. With any specific questions, please reach out to his adoption coordinator, whose email is linked below. Story
How often do you see a dog that is this striking? Well don’t just stare, let me introduce you! Her name is Isa and she can come across as a bit shy but Ill tell you, it is only because she is truly holding her best material for her biggest fans. Her best material is the sweetest kisses, goofy zoomies, and a silly playfulness that looks so good on her. We can’t say for sure of course but everything about her leads us to believe she is a Catahoula Leopard dog. Estimated to be 2 years old and weighing 48 lbs, she is a full-grown mid-size dog, which from experience I will say is prime snuggle size. If you know about the breed already you can skip ahead but if not, one of my favorite facts is that Catahoulas are the state dog of Louisiana so if you are a die hard LSU fan, this girl will wear your purple and gold with true pride. Beyond that they are independent and smart and loyal through and through. Isa’s perfect home is adaptable and we could see her thriving in a house with a yard to enjoy or an apartment. She does prefer the quiet life, you might even say she identifies as a country girl with no interest in big city life. Its noisy. As for other pets, Isa doesn’t mind one way or another. An independent male dog would make a great counter-part but she is perfectly content being an only dog. As for cats, she has spent a lot of time with our house cat Tom, even laid down together!. Kids are welcome with understanding the her bit of shyness isn’t from lack of love, she is a bit like a new kid at school, help her learn her way around and be supportive, before you know it you’ll have a new best friend who is ready to show you all her cool spins and zoomies. Isa was introduced to several new dogs and did great, she was very tolerant and patient with a variety of dogs from calm to the high energy wild ones. Her shy approach isn’t as present with dogs but she does take a more aloof approach at first so a dog that is understanding or equally easy-going and aloof would be best for her. Isa is a cutie girl who is sure to bring you and everyone around you plenty of laughs and love. A girl like her won’t be available for long so if you are even slightly interested, fill out an application or send an email to kristin@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions.
