Story
Cane is a smart and sweet little puppy. He loves cuddles, walks, playing outside, and chewing on little bones. He has been so great with our daughters. He knows to potty outside, but as a puppy, still has some accidents if left unattended. We have had him and his sister since they were 8 weeks. Unfortunately, we are having issues with our landlord and unable to keep them. We would love to keep them together, but completely understand taking on two pups is a lot. We would be willing to give Lola to whoever takes Cane, free of charge. As long as they can stay together and will be well taken care of. They have a great bond and love playing together. We have had them both around other dogs, children, and adults. They have had no issues. We just want them both to go to a loving home that has time to take them on walks, play, and watch them grow! We have two packages of puppy pads and a large bag of dog food to get you started as well.

Story
Dexter was found dumped with a very pregnant female dog who soon had 8 babies. We aren't sure he's the daddy, but he loves the mama. He is a big boy that will need structure and someone that can handle training him because he hasn't learned any manners. He is a total sweetheart that was dealt a bad hand in life, but now has a chance to find a wonderful home where he can be the best dog that he can be. He was wonderful potential and needs to be given a chance. He hasn't shown any aggression towards people, and he's met many recently, but seems to be a little more timid around other dogs. Please don't pass up this wonderful pup because he needs some training to be "civilized" because he is a total love. Dexter will need a high fence that he cannot jump or climb; he’s a master escape artist, but with discipline and a watchful eye, he will be just fine. He will be neutered and fully vetted before adoption. He can be cat tested upon request.SGER FAQs:We are a 501c3 non profit rescue.Your information in our application is not shared and is protocol for adoption. Story
Candy is a girl that is shy, but has the sweetest disposition. She gets along with everyone at the rescue and is just a goofy wonderful girl that doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. Candy came to us after being found dumped with a male dog (Dexter) and with 11 puppies. Sadly, one puppy had already passed and then the rest slowly died once at the rescue. The vet suspects they had a viral infection that they picked up when out in the woods still. Candy has been doing great since being with us and did everything she could to help her babies. She’s spayed and will never have puppies again so she’s just waiting for her forever family to come along. They’ll need to be kind and patient with her as she learns to trust and know that she’s safe.

Story
Meet Oswald, a gentle giant with a heart as big as his frame. This lovable fellow is believed to be a fun blend of Rhodesian Ridgeback and Great Dane, though it is his Ridgeback side that shines through most prominently. His coat boasts a striking red sable coloring, a rich blend of reddish- brown with distinctive black-tipped fur and a stunning face mask. Although he is a larger dog, Oswald exudes a certain grace that is a joy to watch. His eyes, large and inquisitive, reflect the kindness and intelligence that radiates from within. Oswald's affectionate nature is undeniable; he's quick to offer love and companionship to anyone and everyone he meets. While Oswald's size and exuberance may require a bit of understanding, especially with smaller children, his amiable nature makes him a wonderful companion for families with prior experience handling larger breeds. This delightful pup enjoys the companionship of other dogs, once they have been properly introduced. He has had some struggles with dog reactivity, but is doing great with training, and will only continue to improve with a consistent, patient, and strong owner. He has not spent much time inside around cats, but is comfortable seeing and walking near them while on outside. When it comes to care, Oswald is fine with a quiet day inside, but also loves to get out, whether it’s the beach or a local walking trail. On walks, he's a model of composure, walking wonderfully on leash and very responsive to corrections. In essence, Oswald is an absolute sweetheart just looking for his forever people.
