Story
Meet Harlie – A Loving Senior in Need of a New Home Hi everyone, my name is Robert, and I’m looking for a kind and caring person to adopt my beloved senior dog, Harlie. Due to an upcoming move, I’m heartbroken that I can’t take her with me, and I want to find her the perfect forever home. Harlie is a sweet and gentle rhodesian ridgeback, around 12 years old, who loves nothing more than cuddling, lounging in the sun, and spending time with loving people. Despite her age, she still enjoy leisurely walks and belly rubs. Harlie does have a weak bladder, which means she may need more frequent potty breaks and a little extra care, but her loving nature makes it all worthwhile. she is house-trained and gets along well with other pets and people of all ages. I’m hoping to find someone with a big heart and a little extra patience to give Harlie the comfortable, loving home she deserves for her golden years. please contact (xxx) xxx-xxxx if you or anyone you know are interested in a loving dog

Story
Koda is a 3 year old black mouth cur/lab mix. She is energetic, loves attention and to play fetch. She is the perfect dog for someone who is active and likes to run, walk, hike, etc. She does well with other humans and dogs, and has been to the dog park and doggy daycare countless times. She would do well in a home with an active couple with no kids, or someone older looking for a loyal companion. She will do ok with older kids and teens, but not suitable for young kids. She does get along with other dogs, but a perfect situation would be her being the only dog so she can get the full attention and love she needs. She is a good girl and deserves a loving home  *Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, we have reformatted the way that we do adoptions in order to follow social distancing protocols. We are thrilled that so many people want to adopt right now, but we are not equipped to handle the large number of calls, applications, and email inquiries we are receiving. We are no longer answering phone calls and are doing all communications with adopters via email. If you have a dog you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application before sending us emails. When your application has been processed, you will receive an email from us with further instructions on how to adopt. You do not need a new application for every dog that you are interested in adopting.  At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary, but all include spay or neuter, microchip, up to date vaccinations and deworming, rabies vaccine at the time of spay or neuter, and 30 days of pet insurance. We also cover hernia repair and cherry eye repair at the time of spay or neuter. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. ##1045935##
