For additional information, call Lydia at 714-357-8405. Amorette was born on Valentine's Day and the name means Little Love in French. She is a high energy fun loving 3 year old that we rescued when she was 14 weeks old. A good family dog is a tolerant dog. Judge for yourself from the pictures. If this listing is still posted, we are still accepting applications. Her family must relinquish her to an individual or family able to provide more attention and stimulation. . . . We do not do out-of-state adoptions. We do not hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog, please visit our website to complete an adoption application. It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. We commonly receive multiple applications for a single dog. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog at a mutually agreeable appointment day, time & place. Usually Petsmart Yorba Linda or our Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.

Herc (Hercules) is a wonderful spry Senior pup in our fold here at Freedom Rescue. He is a Big Boy, but so loving and gentle. He loves nothing more than to sit with you for some loving, take nice walks, go camping with you, or whatever you like to do. You would never guess this boys age, as he acts like a 3-5 year old pup! He loves people, has been around cats, chickens, livestock and other dogs. He was attacked by 2 dogs at one point, facilitating his move to a senior resident, who unfortunately could no longer keep him in her very small place. He is a true love bug, adjusts to new situations well, and truly is just a true love bug. Won't you open your home to this wonderful dog?

Background: A wonderful woman rescued these sweet girls when she learned that their owner had died and they had been taken to a high-kill shelter and separated. They were on top of the list to be put down. The woman swept them out of there and took them to the vet. They had lost a lot of weight while at the shelter due to being separated and in a terrible environment there. ? Now: She says, "The vet thought that they were very sweet & she agrees that they are definitely bonded and can’t be separated. They DO NOT LIKE CATS OR SQUIRRELS OR LITTLE DOGS. They’ve been great when I take them for walks. I do not know if they’ve been socialized with other big dogs. When dogs bark at them while we’re walking they don’t bark back. I would appreciate it if you could spread the word, these sweet dogs deserve to live peacefully together in their senior years. Dolly and Pinky may be seniors, born 2016, but they have lots of energy and love to give. Although they may be unsure about other dogs, they are wonderful together and will stick close to your side. If you're ready to open your heart and home to two sweet girls, please submit the adoption application found on our website's "Pooch Place."
