Story
EJ is a fun, young hound. He needs someone active, with a big outdoor life that will take him on adventures. He is affectionate and loyal to those who show him love. He would prefer to be the only dog as he doesn't like to share. He is not good with cats or other smaller animals or small people. He really wants to be a working dog.   For more info about EJ and our adoption process please enclose your phone number with your inquiry or call Jacki at 941-587-4612. November 2, 2024, 2:03 pm

Story
Feb 24: Fern has been in rescue since 2021! She needs a home! She needs 6' fencing and a playmate. She is now almost 4 years old and has calmed down quite a bit. She loves toys and laying in the sun. She is crate and house trained. She runs laps in the yard and then hangs out. Fern still needs some leash work, but she does walk on a leash. She does fabulous at Lowes and Home Depot on her weekend outing. She knows no strangers and gets wiggly with new people. Feb 22: All Fern's hair is back! she looks great. She is a happy girl who loves to stay active, she does best with bigger dogs and is a big player. She would do best in an active family, with a fenced yard and playmate. She will be a great family member. Fern is from a shelter in KY. She was being treated for mange. All her treatments are complete and her hair is growing back!! Feb 21: Fern is a sweet active girl who loves to romp with other dogs. She is crate trained and has had no accidents in the house. She is approx. 2 years old. She does REQUIRE A PHYSICAL FENCE. Freds Mission Rescue has an adoption radius of 100 miles from Cincinnati. All dogs are fully vetted, altered, current on flea/tick/heartworm/wormer, and microchipped.
