Meet Oakley: Oakley is about 7 months old and weighs 18 lbs. We think she looks like a Rat Terrier/Feist mix (JUST A GUESS). Oakley is absolutely the sweetest pup ever. She is so loving and just wants to please. Oakley is great with other dogs, but we have no idea on cats. Oakley loves all people and while she is not in a foster home with children we think she would do just fine with children of all ages. Oakley is learning how to walk on leash so for right now she will require a home with a large fenced yard so she can get her exercise. Oakley has not had any accidents so far in her foster home. Oakley does well with being crated for 2-3 hours. Oakley would do best in a home where she is not alone all day and would love another playful dog to play with. Oakley will be spayed on March 17th. She is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. The Adoption Fee is $400.00 ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue*** ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs and/or all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So, adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many! ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care.
