Happy is a one-year-old male Rat Terrier mix and exactly as his name suggests. He came to the shelter as a puppy with his momma and has been hanging out waiting for his perfect family to come along. He is a chill guy but still really loves playing with other dogs! In his run and in the play yards, he is definitely ready for action. He does know how to calm down and you can even find him having a nap with a friend. He would be a great family dog but would need some patience to learn his manners reliably. He is very smart and loves treats and toys so training can be handled easily. He loves greeting people and guests to the shelter and is always excited when they stop at his run to say hello. If you’re looking for an adventurous guy with a heart of gold, Happy should be your new best friend!

Sydney is such a sweet girl. She was so very nervous and scared when she was first rescued, but has come such a long way. She now loves to snuggle under the covers next to her foster mom and follow her people around the house. She gets along great with other dogs, cats and kids and is already potty trained. She quickly becomes a Velcro dog & would do well with someone that is home most of the time. She is still scared by unexpected noises outside, so walking on a leash is important. Sydney needs a family that will give her a little time to trust and feel safe. She will repay your patience with her sweetness! He will require a wood fence or to be on a leash since he is such a fanatical climber. From chasing balls to running around the backyard, he is always ready for an adventure. Weighing in at just 14 lbs, Jet is the perfect size for apartment living or a larger home. His small stature means he won’t take up much space, but his big personality will fill your home with warmth and laughter. Jet is part of a very tidy litter. Each of them take their toys to their house and keep them there to play with. They were initially born in a foster home with dogs, cats, and children of every age. She has hypothyroidism, but the medicine for that is not expensive. She's an older lady with arthritis, but is otherwise pretty healthy. She's a very, very good girl.
