Meet Hopper ❤️‍🔥🐾 Hopper is a 5yr old, 11lb, Rat Terrier/mix. Hopper is a super sweet boy. Hopper is an active fella, that likes to go for walks, likes to run and play with toys, and likes to play with other dogs. Even though Hopper has old fractures on his hind legs, that doesn’t slow him down, he is faster than any other dog here at the rescue and loves to run around and play. Hopper gets along with all dogs of all sizes and ages, but likes to chase chickens. Hopper also loves to be held and loved on. Hopper may not know many commands,but that is ok, he is treat and love motivated and will come running as soon as you call him. Love and affection is what he craves. Bandit is out to steal your heart! This is one sweet, mellow boy who loves to snuggle. He would love someone who is home to spend time with him. This sweet boy has beautiful mask markings and the cutest under-bite. He is leash trained and needs regular short walks. He does great with other dogs. While he was initially hesitant about handling, he`s made great strides and recovers quickly. Romeo can be a little timid when it comes to play and has some resource guarding tendencies around food and high-value items, so he`d do best in a home with teens and up who understand his quirks and can provide a patient and supportive environment. Nelly is intelligent and full of energy. She loves to play. She does adjust to other dog with exposure she love children and with time she bonds with humans. She comes on demand and she stays , she fetches a toy and will give it up for a treat. She is around a year she has not been spayed. I live in the senior apartments and I have arthritis making it difficult to walk her and recently diagnosed with dementia. Nelly love to cuddle and she needs a family with children and a fences yard that she can run free.
