Story
Ginny  is super sweet and playful, especially with other dogs. She's a little skittish at first and takes a little while to warm up, but once she's comfortable with you, she is sweet, a champion snuggler, and an all-around great companion. Energy Level?  Medium House trained?  Yes Describe how they are on a leash. Does well on a leash. Likes to stop and smell all the smells. Describe how they are with other dogs?     Ginny plays nice with other dogs and has lived with other dogs; however, she would do well as your one and only.   She loves all the attention. Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they?  Ginny has been in home with a dog-savvy cat and did very well. Commands they know?  She comes when called.  What are their favorite things?  Playing with other dogs, chewing on toys and treats, and snuggling with her people. She also enjoys being outside and exploring our backyard. What do they need to work on?   Ginny  is still learning what's okay and not okay to chew. She'll need lots of toys that are safe for chewing and some patience and understanding while she figures it out.  How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone?  She has been alone for up to 8 hours and has been okay. She may howl briefly as we leave but then quiets down. She is generally happy in her crate and has a good view of all her foster fur siblings. Where do they sleep?  In a small crate in our bedroom. She sleeps well through the night and enjoys a morning snuggle in our bed when there's time. What is their ideal home?   Ginny 's perfect home includes at least one other similarly-sized dog because doggy playtime is her favorite thing. She'll need a family who can give her some time and space to get comfortable, as she can be pretty skittish initially. She'll also need patience as she learns what's okay to chew and what's not. Once she's comfortable with you and all settled in, she is an excellent companion and will reward you with epic snuggles and much love. Ginny should be in an adult only home. Story
Here's his notes from his foster: Pillsbury is a handsome and loving boy, mostly sugar with a hint of spice! He will accept (if not demand) all the pets and snuggles you can give him. He is a bit on the timid side when you first meet him, and prefers that you take things at his pace. He also prefers to be only picked up on his terms. Once he builds trust with you, he is your loyal shadow, following you everywhere you go (unless food is involved, then food is a priority!) He has charmed some my neighbors with his sweet demeanor and love of cuddles. He recently had a hip surgery, so we're taking things slow, but I can tell this boy seems to want to be active! He has a good amount of energy and gets so excited when you come home! He loves to go on walks and gets so excited to see the leash, and seems to be potty trained! When it isn't walk time, he is a big fan of snoozing in the most comfy spot he can find. He doesn't seem to be interested in my resident dog (which is perfect because the feeling is mutual), so they co exist beautifully. Pillsbury would be a loving addition to a calm household that is looking for a snuggly family member that is full of personality!

Story
Don't we all wish we were a little bit taller? Nope. Not Shorty. He is perfectly happy at the height he is. Low to the ground where he can sniff out any fallen snacks. Tall enough to jump on the bed and take a snooze with you. Some people assume he's a Dalmatian, but he is all Terrier! He may be a bit shy at first, but give him a day to decompress and you will be showered with love and appreciation. It's starting to look a lot like Christmas, and what's Christmas without a place to call home. Give Shorty the holiday of his dreams. Adopt this spectacular boy today! Here's some notes from his foster: This long little short guy is clever and spunky! Shorty seems to be very well house trained. He loves his food and snacks. He is however a little bit timid at times and could use some patient reassurance to his confidence. He loves his walks and checking out the scene and sniffing out the local spots. He was a little hesitant up a flight of steep stairs at first, but quickly learned that walks are imminent or that, coming in, food and a cuddle on the couch is expected. He likes to keep people in sight, learning what goes on and what might come next. At the end of the day Shorty adores cuddling up close in bed when it's chilly.

Story
We have had Skuba for 4 years. He originally is my daughters dog and she is now grown and does not have the time for him, and he is too much work for me to permanently take on. He misses his brother (red dog) who passed 2 years ago. I do not have the time for him, nor do I have the attachment to him, and he is very jealous and aggressive to my 70lb dog. Skuba should be the only dog in the home, as he is temperamental and will snap at other dogs. He likes to be the center of attention. He is very sweet and loves outdoors and playing in the water. He loves getting sprays from the hose and lots of cuddles. He deserves someone who has the time and undivided attention for him. Hope Skuba can find a forever home with YOU!!!
