We bought Theo on craigslist 2 years ago as a kitten. He has always been a very shy and anxious boy but when he warmed up to us he showed a lot of personality and love. When he feels comfortable he very bold and always loves getting scratches behind his ears and on his chin. He does very well with our golden retriever and has never had any issues with him. Unfortunately we were not prepared for the challenges of having a cat so we are looking for an experienced adopter that is well informed on how to care for cats. Our main goal is to be sure Theo can get the care he deserves from owners who are better prepared for life with cats.

Luna is a sweet girl with a big personality! She doesn’t love other kitties, loud noises, or chaotic schedules. We originally adopted her to be a companion kitty for our older cat, who has mild CH (special needs). They unfortunately don’t get along well and this tends to stress Luna.. We don’t think she would thrive in a home with small children and would probably thrive in calm and quiet household without other cats. Luna is high energy and she will need reassurance and play time to bond. She is anxious in our home and needs a special diet for her GI health. She takes gabapentin twice a day to calm her anxiety and must eat a fish-only kibble diet (no poultry ingredients). She should be full indoors in a quiet home with someone who keeps a consistent schedule. She loves playing with her feather toy, curling up underneath a blanket fort, playing with her puzzle toys, and once

Frankie is a 10 year old, indoor cat who is shy, but verry lovey and cuddly with those that he trusts. He loves head and chin scratches, will cuddle your feet in bed at night, and is a wonderful companion for someone who is stable, does not have young children, and is not going to change their lifestyle dramatically. I got him when I was single, and sadly now that I’m married and we have young children and a dog, Frankie is just too stressed out to be happy in our home. We just had a Vet check up and he has a great bill of health, but the Vet recommended anti-anxiety meds, and we feel like Frank deserves a life where he won’t need medication to thrive. He is a smart, independent fellow who does enjoy playing, but then just prefers to be petted, haha! He adores canned tuna and eats mostly dried food, and he prefers sand / clay cat litter. He comes with cat litter, dried food, toys, a cat carrier, and two litter boxes, if you need them.
