Story
Bruce was adopted at 9 years old from a senior who passed away. All he wants is to sit next to you on the couch, make biscuits, and get pet. He is so affectionate and will be your little shadow. He loves to sit in his tower (you will receive) and lookout over the house hold. He eats dry kibble and has no dietary issues, urinary issues, or special needs. He does get anxious being left alone and will eat all your household plants (no matter what you try). Like a toddler, he can act out if you’re not with him so he needs a home where someone can be with him and he can follow around. He is declawed, great with other animals, okay with kids (he doesn’t mind them just stays away) and just wants attention. He is the sweetest boy and we are so sad to give up our grumpy man. His last vet visit was October 19,2024 with a clean bill of health!

Story
We got Walter from a shelter in El Cajon around Christmas 2018. He was extremely distraught and scared. The people from the shelter told us they were certain we would return him as he had been placed and returned twice before. They said he came from a household of a hoarder who had upwards of 200 cats roaming around in a small place without care. We took him in and mostly left him be with another cat (Milo), which we had also adopted around the same time. It would be great to find a home for both of them together. Walter does not like to be touched. He will come for food and sit right next to the feeding hand, however when the hand tries to pet him, he leaves. We have established a procedure however, during which he will let us pet him. He often waits at a bedroom door and leads us to a bed, where he will sit on top of a cardboard box underneath and enjoy to be petted. Sometimes he purrs. We believe the nestled position makes him feel sheltered and secure enough to enjoy even a comb.

Story
My name is Phoebe, I am a very sweet, house trained 4½ y.o. Lap Cat. I am seeking an indoor forever home. I was living in a bus yard and had two kittens. I was spayed shortly after. Unfortunately, the family that I thought was taking care of me and my children, didn't keep a watchful eye, and both my two sons were poisoned. Recently the family moved without me and I was surrendered to my foster parents. I definitely deserve a real family. I love being cuddled and after I trust you, you can pet my paws and bop my bean toes. My foster family is taking good care of me, however I cannot live with them permanently. They already have 3 pets. I might be able to acclimate with one other mild mannered cat or relaxed small dog (I've lived with both before). There will be some hissing at first, but it is doable. I like all people and elementary aged children. The $60 Adoption Fee is for my recent chip and vaccinations!

Sweet, loving cat who is social but would do best in a single pet home.
